Dr. Kevin and his staff are great!! I first saw Dr. Kevin about a year ago to fix a chronic issue Ive had since I was a young teenager. A few treatments and I was good as new again. My husband and I found out I was pregnant a few months later and about halfway through my pregnancy I started having a lot of low back pain and issues with my sciatica. Since around 20 weeks pregnant, I have seen Dr. Kevin once every two weeks followed by a half hour massage with Renée and it has truly been a lifesaver! I went from having pain most days to only having occasional pain by the end of the day that is usually better after some stretching and a good night of sleep. I am now 36 weeks pregnant and have very little back pain. I am a big advocate for seeing a chiropractor in general, but it really has kept me up and going through my pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin and his staff. Dr. Kevin has always been interested in my overall health including exercise, nutrition and supplements which I have not experienced with other chiropractors, and I especially appreciated this through my pregnancy.

My jaw was locked for two weeks. I went to a TMj specialist that wanted me to spend $3,000 on mouth guards to help my problem. After 4 visits at $90 each and no results I tried going to see a chiropractor. My mother has been going to see Dr Segal for months and recommended him strongly. After just three visits my jaw was open and I could eat again! I spent the rest of the night dancing around my house like a 3 year old, full of excitement and awe! We had steak for dinner and I could finally chew the huge mouthfuls I had missed so much. Thank you so much! You re understanding of what needed to be done and your helpful stretching techniques saved me $3,000 and the next year of my life going to a specialist that did nothing. I would definitely recommend Dr Segal to anyone who is having any pain or discomfort, even for out of the normal chiropractor range. You never realize how something as simple as opening your mouth can blind side you when you cant do it anymore, until you cant. Great staff, great location and a world full of mouth opening goodness!! Thanks again!

I have been suffering from a painful sprain in one of my knees. For weeks, I had really been resisting getting a doctor to look at my knee, and Im glad I went to Dr. Segal. Treatment has helped my knee steadily heal over the last month, so that it is easy for me to walk again without any soreness. I recommend chiropractic care and Dr. Segals work very highly. Before treating me, the doctor was very careful to make sure that my condition did not require different medical or surgical intervention. I appreciated his assessment of the problem, since I was not sure what was causing the pain or whether it would be better to rest the knee or exercise it. I have appreciated how the treatment was focused on the problem at hand, working with the muscles and aligning the pelvis. He also takes time to listen and to answer my questions. I love how chiropractic treatment fits easily into my life.

Dr. Kevin and his staff are amazing. After years of not being able to see a chiropractor I was finally able to go see one again. After looking for one close to my home I found Back In Shape and Dr. Kevin. After 1 visit I was hooked and have been back and will continue to go many more time. Dr. Kevin is a great guy and is very honest and blunt about your needs and is incredible at listening to your problems and taking to time to evaluate the correct adjustments needed. I was so thrilled with my time there I have recommended him to many friends and family and now also have my wife going to see Dr. Kevin also. The staff there are also amazing and helpful. Darci at the front desk makes you visit a great one as soon as you walk in the door. There is no way to express how great I feel after every visit. Thank you staff and Dr. Kevin!

Dr. Segal saved my life by fixing my nerve pain. For the last 3 years my upper back and my right upper arm hurt whenever I used the mouse to do computer work. Sometimes the nerve pain traveled from my right arm to my left arm. Even when I slept, my arm hurt. I was on pain killers for a long time and sometimes pain killers would not relieve the pain at all. I have had acupuncture; however, it only relieved the pain temporarily. Dr. Segal diagnosed that one of my vertebrae was not correctly aligned, hence causing the intense pain. After my 2nd appointment, I did not need to take muscle relaxers or ibuprofen at all. I have seen Dr. Segal for a total of 8 times. My nerve pain is all gone. I initially did not believe in chiropractic. Now I tell all my friends about Dr. Segal and how he saved my life.

After recieving my first injury while working out, I realized I probably needed to seek professional help (pain hadnt gone away in days and it was getting worse). I had never been to the chiropractors before so when I searched for one in my area, it was obvious I would choose a doctor that had great reviews. Dr. Segal was very knowledgable and gentle for my first time getting an adjustment. On my first visit, he could tell where the pain was coming from. After adjusting the right places, my back pain completely went away. I then went in for two follow-up treatments, which was a great idea because there was more that needed adjusting than what I thought. Appearantly I really messed up my back, neck and ribcage when I did only ONE move at the gym. Be careful at the gym and TRUST Dr. Segal! He was awesome!

Dr. Segal is amazing. Very professional and detail oriented. I have visited other chiropractors in the past and had some success but it all felt very cookie cutter if you will, the same thing the next guy gets. Dr. Segal actually does a very thorough discovery and treatment plan. Each visit he checks in on how well the treatment plan has been effect and adjusts your care in accordance. He was also very informative and explained the process and very well so I really knew what he was doing and how it was going to help. I have also referred Dr. Segal to friends and employees here at my office and they have all been satisfied with nothing but great things to say as well.

Great Experience, with a full recovery insight! Dr. Kevin has won my vote for chiropractic medicine. As a first timer, I was unsure what to expect. However, after a little over 2 weeks of unexplainable pain in my neck and shoulders, I called Back in Shape for an appointment. I really appreciated the care Dr. Kevin took in getting to know my problem before jumping into the adjustment. I went from a high pain level with little mobility, to gaining back full range of motion and becoming almost pain free after my first visit. I am really impressed, and will be returning for future back and neck aches! Scheduling was a breeze too! Thanks Dr. Kevin!!!!
