Requested imaging on the 1st appointment which was overlooked, not done. After 2 adjustments L4 / L5 were ruptured upon finding with a MRI. Having had DDD 5 years, also doubted my friends knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy even though she just aced her residency finals. Moral of the story, next time a customer asks for a x-ray. Do it. The customer knows their own body.
