At a Health fair, I told Dr. Barnick that chiropractic care and Multiple Sclerosis, might not work together. He challenged me, gave me several websites and articles to check. So, I checked and eventually made an appointment. At the time, I was unable to feel from midback down, had a constant pain in my lower back, walking with a cane and unable to walk too long, due to the pain and the fatigue. After the first week, we had to modify my care, as he found so many verebrae out of alignment, putting them back in would cause me to have a rebound headache. (Putting vertebrae back, caused my spinal fluid to slosh around, giving me a headache similar to a lumbar puncture headache). We also discovered that my MS caused me to have back spasms so powerful, that it would pull me out of alignment. So the first 3 months, was reteaching my vertebrae where to go and stay. After 6 months, I was able to feel my feet, no longer had pain in my lower back, fatigue was gone and I could walk a mile, WITHOUT MY CANE!!!! Its been 8 years, I am in remission and its all due to Dr. Barnick still keeps me in check. Lets see....Spending $10,000 on MS meds, that you hope to prevent you from having attacks, or going to a chiropractor once or twice a month, that you know works. No Contest!! DR. Ive seen Dr. Barnick for roughly 5 years. He is VERY good at what he does, particularly with kids and pregnant women, and does not rely on a lot of gadgets and machines to do his job. He initially helped me get over a sore back caused by my old college mattress. I candidly told him I didnt want to be sucked in to a recovery plan that dragged on 6 months. He genuinely listened to me and we made a 6 week treatment plan. After which I decided to see him once a quarter for general maintenance. Dr. Barnick has also seen me through two pregnancies, one of which was a twin pregnancy and therefore harder on the body. The twin pregnancy lasted almost 41 weeks, which is unusual for twins, most deliver at around 36-38 weeks, and labor was a quick 2.5 hours with a text book delivery. I believe Dr. Barnicks care played a significant role in my bodily comfort during the last weeks of pregnancy and helped to ensure I was set up for a good delivery. I absolutely recommend his care.

Dr Barnick is the best chiropractor I have seen in my 15 years of being under chiropractic care. He cares for my family (My wife and I and our 4 young children). Recently, our 1-year-old daughter was acting strange. She couldnt seem to get comfortable, was constantly fussy, and wasnt able to sleep for more than a couple of hours at a time during the night. I brought her to Dr Barnick, and after an adjustment she was back to her normal self within a few hours. That night she slept for 9 hours straight, and the fussiness was gone! Dr Barnick is an expert! I highly recommend him. Also, his office staff is fantastic, as well as the great massage therapists who work with him. Jillian is a fantastic CMT! If youre looking for a good, honest chiropractor who really knows what hes doing, go to Barnick!

Dr. Barnick has been treating me for my chronic back and neck pain for about four years. In the twenty five years that Ive suffered from this pain, this has been the only relief I have received. He was my third attempt to find a chiropractor, I was about to give up and Im grateful that I came to him when I did. My migraines have completely disappeared. There were so many things that I enjoy but I had stopped doing due to pain. I now feel like I am able to live my life again.

I went to Dr. Barnick when I was in the last few weeks of my last pregnancy. I was in rough shape and could barely walk without aching from head to toe. After just a couple visits the pain was completely gone and we were maintaining until the baby was born.
