So I tried to make an appointment yet when asked if they take my insurance the lady said that I pay and I have to file it with my insurance to get reimbursed. Are you kidding me you want me to do your job. Whatever next. I am not those people that lie on these things if others got different service good for them this is what I experienced.

I have been a patient here for over five years. Dr. Moore is a very knowledgeable optometrist who runs his practice with utmost professionalism. All my lenses were always well prescribed. The frame shop is also well managed. Keith was able to help me pick out a great set of frames which did not break the bank.

Staff were nice and so was the doctor. The wait was maybe 15-20 minutes tops. Would recommend. They took my insurance and processed it correctly, unlike others I have been to in the past.
