I took my cat here to get spayed. The procedure was done by Dr. Jennifer Nemec. Everything seemed to have went well, and I took my cat back to college in Madison. A couple days later I noticed a large amount of swelling around the sutures. I then contacted Dr. Nemec and told her of the situation. Dr. Nemec said she had noticed some abnormal swelling immediately after the procedure; she had failed to mention this to me at the time. I was told to bring my cat back in so she could examine her. This was not an easy task since I was over 2 hours away, and also had classes that I needed to focus on. By the next day, the sutures had opened up. I took my cat to the emergency vet clinic in Madison. She had developed a very bad infection and needed emergency surgery to remove the infected tissues. $850 later I contacted Dr. Nemec and explained the situation to her. She refused to admit any wrongdoing. There are many other reputable vets in the area and I just hope that other people can learn from my experience and not make the same mistake.

Im very pleased with the service I received! You can tell all the employees love animals! Dr. Maren and her assistant were wonderful with our new puppy...getting down to her level and making her comfortable. They took the time to answer all our new puppy owner questions. They also provided us with the proper treatment to make our puppy feel better. And on top of that, Dr. Maren called the same day to provide answers to a question AND I recevied a call after the weekend to ensure our puppy was doing good on her treatment! So happy with my experience and finding a place that will take such good care of my little fur baby!!

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my pets care. Not only did these vets take the time to explain things, they were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and you could tell they truly cared. Overall, exceptional service from the moment we walked in the door. I would not go anywhere else.

Would give no stars if I could! I have paper work from Emergency Vet in Appleton where they sent us saying my Trixie had a bad heart. Cost me $1000.00 to find out they didnt know what they were talking about! No Bad Heart!!!
