I was nervous to take my dog to the vet for an ear infection because he can be a little aggressive towards strangers especially when he is in pain. The staff at this Banfield location were very understanding and were wonderful with our dog even though he growled at them. Dr. Wood was amazing! She explained everything she was doing in a way that was easy to understand and gave us some good advice on how to continue the ear treatments at home. I was also very happy with the cost of everything. It was much for affordable than I thought it would be. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs urgent care for their pets - they got us in very quickly despite the fact that we didnt have an appointment.
