Dr. Little has been our vet for roughly 15 years. He has seen all three of our dogs over the years, and I cant complain about him one bit. He comforted us when we made the tough decision to put down our 13 year old lab who could no longer get up to eat or go outside, he made us feel we were doing the right thing. He is a very caring man, and even though we have moved 20 minutes away, with a new animal hospital on a neighboring street, we still trek it in to St. Charles to see Dr. Little. Their facilities are very clean and up-to-date. We also saw Dr. Lange with a sick puppy we adopted while Dr. Little was out & we wont hesitate to see him again, he was great. We rushed our puppy who was having a seizure into the vet at 3am on Easter morning and Dr. Lange came in shortly after the vet tech called him. Extremely happy with Dr. Little & Dr. Lange, I will never go see any other vet!

We discovered Elm Point about five years ago. This was after going to four or five different vets and not being 100% satisfied. At the time we lived a couple of miles form Elm point. We now live all the way across town and we would not think about going to a different vet. I think that says enough. Dr. Little and his staff are absolutely the most courtesy, helpful and caring group of individuals you could ask for. I have been meaning to write a review for a while and I keep forgetting. After Dr. Little recently went out of his way to give me a call to personally call and report on the status of our dog I thought I should take the time now. What Dr. Little and his staff do is far beyond reasonable expectations. I have in the past had his staff call just to check in. That really means so much. I am lucky to have found such a place to trust for the care our pet.

My wife and I visit family out of town often and have to kennel our beagle, Charlie. After going to other kennel facilities in town we get our dog back and he is usually lethargic or sick afterwards. It almost got to the point where we would always try to have a friend watch him to reduce the chances he becomes sick. We took Charlie to Elm Point because we heard they have kenneling services there and wanted to try one last place. I can say without a doubt that from now on when we leave town I will be taking Charlie there and only there. When he came home he was the exact same dog as when he left. No lethargy, no sickness! The pricing was competitive with the other places around town. Thank you very much for providing a safe reliable place that we can trust to take Charlie.

Wonderful experience. We came in as a new patient with no appointment at 7am. The staff was attentive and compassionate. We were seen promptly. Laurie took a thorough history and spent a good amount of time talking to my cat. Dr. Littles physical exam was the most thorough I had ever seen and he spent ample time explaining the signs and what they could indicate. Recommended testing with cost was put in writing. When the results came back Dr. Little called me and answered my questions and brainstormed what could be affecting my cat based on the near normal values. I made 1 change at my home and my cat is nearly at 100%. We have found our Vet! These people love animals and I would definitely recommend them for your furbaby.

My 3 year old guinea pig, Tony, had red in his urine so we called and they got him in that day. Dr. Lange was very friendly and great with our lil guy. He gave Tony some medicine for a UTI and told us to come back if it didnt clear up. Tony seemed okay for a few days but then we ended up taking him back because he got worse. Dr. Lange gave him a x-ray and told us it was a bladder stone. The prognosis didnt look good, so we ended up putting Tony to sleep. We got a very nice letter from Dr. Lange a few days after. Throughout the whole experience he was beyond amazing and made me feel much more comfortable about taking my baby to the vet.

I have taken our cats Steve and Hugo to Elm Point twice and both times we received loving treatment for our pets. From the reception desk to the doctor and his wonderful assistant, everyone is friendly, helpful, pleasant and professional. I also had to take Steve in for a second checkup because he had a sore spot on the side of his mouth and was acting abnormally and scratching himself. They did a complete checkup, did blood work and luckily Steve was OK, although they found infections in both ears! A bit nasty, but we got wonderful attention and with the ear problem cleaned up, Steve is acting normally again. Love these folks!

July 5, 2017 I contacted Lindsey to advise her my dog was injured while in the care of Elm Point Pet Hospital. After my initial conversation with Lindsey in which I stated my specific complaints (i.e., my belief that the hospital injured my dog), she failed to follow up with me after I called her multiple times. Further, she implied in our conversation today that I injured my own dog. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! WOW.. this is NOT great customer service. Not only did I pay $48 for a unpolished groom, but now I am being accused of HURTING MY OWN DOG? MY LOVED ONE. UNBELIEVABLE! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Dr Lang must have been out sick in vet college on dog cancer surgery day, but he still operated on my dog not once but twice with in a month, just could not get it right. Almost killed my dog, but I took her to another animal hospital where the Vets have the know how and USE IT! My dog survived and is doing well. Thanks to Gentle Doctor, Dr Lang at Elm Point Animal should never do surgery on any animal with out the knowledge to succeed. Dr Lang at Elm Point Animal Hospital is a money hungry, liar, brain less, stupid, ignorant, do not ever take your animal to, piece of crap.

On a Friday night, our Shih-Tzu was showing signs that he could not see. We called the office at 7:00 pm and Dr. Lang was able to get back with us immediately and even got us an appointment for the next morning. He determined that our dog had detached retinas and prescribed him medicine to (hopefully) help the retinas re-attach. We were very pleased with the attention he gave to Buster and the detail he went through when diagnosing his condition. We are going to make Elm Point the ONLY vet we go to in the future. Thank you Dr. Lang and the staff that helped us!

This is a great group of doctors. They have a very professional, friendly, and caring staff. We love the staff and our dogs do too. The boarding is great. I never worry when we travel. We have also used the grooming service. Dr. Lange has been our vet for over 25 years. He is a great vet and a spectacular person. John and I consider him a friend. He has shared in our joy of the puppy, kitty, and more Collies. He has also been with us at the end of our pets lives. He shared that sorrow with us. We think he is great. We love him!
