We used their services for my husband for much of 2016 and were totally pleased with the care they provided. For one 12 week period we had a weekly nurse visit and 2-3x weekly visits from a physical therapist and an occupational therapist. After a relapse we had the 2 or 3x a week PT and OT with the same therapists for several more weeks. Colleen and. Shellie were super! Wish we could have continued with them. Our experiences with everyone we dealt with were very satisfactory!

I needed to rent a wheelchair for my father in law. They told me we needed a prescription for the wheelchair. It was a "government thing," she said. I called the physician, who told me that isnt true. I called UW Health Home Health and shared this information with them. Then she said, "Its our policy." If you are going to lie to your customers, they wont be customers for long.
