Do not I repeat do not choose this agency...I have been with them for almost a year...they are poorly staffed so if your aide gets ill or leaves they cannot find another one..I am currently going to have to wait a total of 3 weeks until I can have someone and I am at 5days a week 2hrs a day needing help..no reimbursement of my costs, even if I pay to have someone come out and clean...not only that..they fight regarding eligibility and do not use the state systems to determine when active...definitely look somewhere else.

I would recommend Premier to anyone and everyone I know and love. I really wanted them to help me when my son needed in home care and recommended them, but the hospital messed up and did not select Premier. I was very upset about this and if I would have known I could have pushed I would have. The staff is very caring! Also, Premier has even sponsored many events and even sporting events so that teams could play in major tournaments. Very proud to wear this company on my jersey!
