VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!.I have been shorted on my check 5 times now after only working for this company a few months. And when I call to let the know of their mistake, I get attitude like I did something wrong. When clearly Im the one being wronged. It has been insinuated that Im lying about not having all of my hours on my check. Then when they finally realized their mistake, I dont even receive a proper apologie. It AMAZES me. Im only still here bc my client thought this was a good company for both of us. But we are currently looking for a new homecare. I have worked for another one before and never had any issues, they even employed 3 times as many employees as Best homecare does. I would not advise anyone to work for this company.

Started off helpful then my hours decreased and they didnt contact me to let me know. I ended up using all my hours and couldnt work with the client for over a month, my client decided to end services with me until I switched companies because the same thing happened with her last PCA through Best home care and they quit on her. The people whom need the care lose out if they dont have family to read paperwork to them or care for them when hours run out. Dont return calls or send in county paperwork on time. They still havent taken me out of their system even though I quit due to lack of communication.

I truly have enjoyed working for this company. I transferred from a different home care company because I got tired of running over to the office to turn in a time sheet and if it was a little late I would not get paid for another 2 week. Best Home has an app that I can use to turn in my time right on my phone. IS THAT AWESOME OR WHAT?????

I like working at BHC because I can be a PCA for my special needs granddaughter. The staff there are friendly and willing to answer any questions especially Brittany who always greets me with a friendly smile. I also like working at BHC because I can get an emergency paycheck if needed.

I cant express how delightful the staff is over at best home care. Whenever there is a problem with a timesheet or money matter, they never hesitate to fix the problem. I can truly call this staff my family just based on their actions! Sincerely, Giovanni and Lisa Blakey☺
