We got very good and professional service from Carepro in Coralville in 2014-15, and when we lost our CPAP in a fire their staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. We moved to a different part of the country in 2015, and Carepro continued to assist us to navigate the complicated process of transferring our Medicare coverage to another company in another region. If there were a six-star rating I would give it to them... their staff are the best.

I was embarrassed by the way they treated me when I had scheduling difficulties. In contrast to the name, they dont seem at all caring about their customers, and fall short of the professional standard in this town. They lack kindness and people skills. Based on the way they treated me, I didnt trust them with my care and went elsewhere. Sad to see that in health care.

Wont bill correct insurance company. Changing story about why, eventually stated Iowa Laws instead of original insurance company policy. Called insurance company prior to appointment and they contradicted coverage that CarePro wanted to charge me more for. VERY shady. Beware

Have always received great service: CPAP supplies and other things needed to care for an elderly parent. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and make sure that I understand use of equipment before I leave. Ongoing support is great. I highly recommend this company
