I had filling work done done here. I cracked an existing filling in a rear molar on a popcorn seed. The dentist decided that it could be replaced with a regular filling to fix the tooth(pain) and made mention of a possible crown being necessary down the road. After we did the filling, I was still in bad pain. Then she suggested the crown, after that point. During the follow up to check out what was going on she wanted to do more X-rays and charge the insurance company again to double check the work shes already done. To me, that should be a no charge visit to check on work already completed. They got crabby when I said I dont think its right that anyone be charged for this visit, even if its no charge to me (just my insurance company) and they didnt do the x-rays and the exam ended right then and there saying just wait it out and get back to them if it gets worse. I dropped them from that moment and havent returned. The filling that they did, broke off on one corner months later and I ended up needing a crown, a crown that shouldve been done first, not try to milk the insurance company for more money by adding unnecessary steps and wasting my time and putting me through pain in the process.

I had my second appointment yesterday, which now begins my schedule of treatment. I was pleasantly surprised by the new technology and procedures now available that took a previously long and painful procedure to one appointment to take care of two teeth. It would have been 3 appointments and a particularly gruesome procedure in the past and wish I had known the use of topical anesthetics versus traditional numbing that is now available. The plan for me will be much, much easier to proceed with, knowing these types of work are handled so differently from the past. My teeth havent been this white since my 20s in spite of my best efforts to get my teeth cleaned more recently, no products were pushed on me, I purchased them because they are the latest methods for ongoing preventive care and I was not aware that these were available. Staff was genuinely concerned for my continued comfort and everything was explained from billing to procedure to my satisfaction.

We usually go to Midwest North, however the Dr had an emergency. My daughter had an emergency and got into this office. I texted her the info on one of two of dental insurances and told her to tell them to call the other office the next day. She needed a root canal and the doctor did not even call her in an antibiotic nor a pain medication. VERY VERY disappointed and angry that in an emergency that they treated a 20 year old this way. Our family WILL NEVER use them again, nor will I refer anyone I know to this office. If we cant get into Midwest North for any reason (the office was closed due to a death) then I will find a different dental office outside of Midwest to treat my family members.

Ive had multiple appointments at this location and every time I arrive, Im always greeted with a smile. The woman at the front desk always addresses me by name, and knows exactly why Im there. Im assisted promptly and never have a long wait. The dental assistants and dental hygienists Ive worked with are extremely thorough and explain things in terms I understand. They make sure Im comfortable, which I appreciate because sometimes trips to the dentist can be not so pleasant. The Doctor herself always takes plenty of time meeting with me. Ive recommended this office to several people and will continue to do so based on the experiences I continue to have there.

Ive been going there for 7 years now and have always had excellent, friendly service. Short waits, easy to schedule appointments, flexibility when things come up, they do a good job cleaning and are not too pushy trying to sell the extra services. The only somewhat negative thing is that it seems the doctors and hygienists tend to leave every couple years. Its bad because you loose the rapport with the previous one, but at the same time the new ones always seem as good or better than the previous and its enjoyable meeting new people.

My initial visit...was GREAT! Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly-courteous service. I was seen promptly and they evaluated me efficiently and professionally. Even though a cleaning had not been scheduled, they fitted me in and offered me some add-ons without being pushy. I can really feel the difference with the Sonicare high-fluoride toothpaste. Really top-notch service and demeanor...OUTSTANDING!

The team at this office is consistently outstanding. They have convenient hours and helpful staff who are genuinely interested in their patients lives. Dr. Erika has excellent bedside manner (with children and adults) and Ive never had a hygienist I didnt like. My son and I have been patients at this practice for a number of years and plan to keep coming back because of the excellent care we receive.

I was in an emergency situation with my sons tooth and had not ever been to the Midwest Dental office. I called many other dentists in Oshkosh and was turned away. Dr. Gibbs called personally and we were seen with in the hour, on a Friday afternoon. Since then my whole family has been in and my kids like the whole staff, so do my husband and I. I would recommend them.

I was told I needed a new crown by Dr. Trent. After seeing a dentist at a different dental practice, I was told it was unnecessary & that if I began having problems with the tooth, there were other avenues to take. That was a year ago, and I continue to have no problems with the tooth. Thank goodness I began seeing a different dentist...it has saved me lots of money!

I have recently switched to Midwest Dental but my experiences so far have been great! The staff is wonderful and helped me figure out the best plan of action that also worked with my budget. Dr Erika is very professional and gentle, I was worried about getting a cavity filled but she was so wonderful. I will not have any fears about returning!

Midwest has always provided professional, courteous, and competent service to me. Ive gone there for over 9 years and have never had any problems. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to make you feel like an individual and get to know your history and needs. Dr. Trent is wonderful and Id recommend them to anyone.

We have been very satisfied with the dental care from Midwest Dental. The staff is very professional, kind and accommodating. Our family of 8 have all been taken care of very well. Our dental care has spanned from normal cleaning, cavities, sealants and crowns . They are very gentle with cleanings and dental work. Highly recommend.

The doctor and assistant both worked very hard to do this tough job and to keep me comfortable in the chair for almost 3 hours. They gave me a break and more numbing, which helped. The difficulty was the location of the tooth, not anything they did wrong. Very professional and considerate of my comfort. 5 stars!!!
