I hadnt been to a dentist for over 5 years because our last family dentist was quite painful (we called him Dr. Hook). I needed a lot of work because of the lapse in dental care and they took care of it all expertly and without really any pain. I was uncomfortable and dizzy following one of my first visits, which I figured was due to the position I was laying in, and I mentioned it to the staff, who called me later with genuine concern to check in and make sure I was doing alright. Next time they helped by providing me with a pillow that prevented any further discomfort. I have seen both doctors and can only speak positively about each of them. Far better than my family dentist! Min was able to perform a root canal in the office for me, which I had never had done and was dreading, but it was really not painful at all! I had another one done by a specialist and it was about the same experience as Westlake provided. Staff always remembers my name and is friendly and accommodating and both doctors are very efficient and great at explaining what is needed and what to expect. Im still nervous about seeing dentists, but I always have a great experience here and always leave feeling like it was no big deal. Highly recommended!

I havent had a dental check up over 5 years due to the fear of pain and discomfort after treatment. Because of the coffee stains on front teeth, I had to see the dentist. During my first visit at Dr. Kwons office, I was very anxious. However, in less than a few minutes, Dr. Kwon was extremely gentle with care and informed me in advance if there would be any pain or discomfort. I was also Informed to raise my right hand if I felt any pain. Also next few days following dental treatment, I always experienced terrible sensitivity on my tooth but surprisingly I was able to drink both cold and hot water just like before the treatment. I shared my experience with our grown up children who had childhood trauma from terrible dentist and my husband who also went to see Dr kwon, we realized that we all had same experience from Dr. Kwon, gentle care and being able to build instant trust in him. We decided to take in Dr kwon as our family dentist. In addition to that we are now telling everyone about him whoever needs to see dentist how good he is.

My experience at Westlake was amazing! The staff are simply professional and very friendly. I have extreme fear of seeing any dentists but I knew I couldnt put it off anymore. DR. Kwan was serious but kind at the same time. He talked me through it and honestly I walked away in shock that it didnt hurt hardly at all. Believe you me Im the biggest baby! Lol! I would recommend this center to anyone I know.

I could not be in better hands. If you are looking for a dentist go no further. the Kwons and staff are above reproach, you will be amazed how well you are treated by Westlake.
