Charles P. Has helped me with my shoulder issues. Friendly office staff, text message reminders for appointments, and Charles himself is just a nice guy. I CrossFit and my shoulders where giving me issues. I had uncomfortable nights sleeping, tossing and turning all night in pain, numbess and tingling sometimes. A few visits later and doing the prescribed exercises and my shoulder pains where gone. I have increased mobility and and very happy. I have not stopped coming. A routine tune-up to keep me "Rollin Swollen" is what is needed to stay healthy and happy.

As a competitive Masters (over 40) CrossFit athlete I need to manage my body to get the best performance out of it I can. I thought that going to Dr.Charles after I began to feel bad was a the way to do it, I was wrong. Continuous maintenance and care throughout the year has keep me from getting those regular pains and has increase my performance. Athlete or not Dr.Charles is the man to see, no forced sales pitch just straight forward honest talk on what needs to be done to take care of yourself. Best place to go!
