This place was horrible! If you can avoid going here I would do it. I called to see if they had a x-ray machine cause I broke my feet. They said they "could help." So I went in. They said they dont take my insurance (BCBS) so I gave them $150. When I was originally quoted $140. The receptionist was rude and better at not listening then giving instructions or being helpful of any kind. Then I saw the doctor. I was sitting on the bed trying to keep my feet elevated, when the doctor arrived he asked me to move to a chair (where I couldnt elevate them). Then he proceeded to take notes on the bed. The first thing he asked me was when my last PAP Smear was. 45 minutes later he has my entire medical history, 5 pages of notes, including re-asking everything I filled out on the form when I came in. He didnt even feel or make me move my feet to check mobility. He just wrote me a couple of perscriptions and directions for me to go to a hospital and get x-rays. What an incredible waste of money and time. No, patient care here, they just seem to be interested in your money.

VERY limited on the insurance they will accept, leaving you to pay a minimum of $125 for you visit. Really disappointing considering the lack of Walk-in clinics on the South Shore. Add the inability to get appointments with our primary care doctors to the lack of walk-in clinics, and this is why our emergency rooms are always busy, and incur long wait times to be seen.

Dr Surender is a very smart guy. He knows what he is doing and takes ample time to explain himself. I have never had any problems with him, once you get to know him you will realize that he is a genuine person who wants the best for the patient. They have started to accept multiple insurances again, which is a bonus!

Will not refill prescriptions without 30 day visits. I had a visit one time and they said they would have it immediately filled. It was not. They were closed the next 3 days and I got sick from withdrawal. Had to call another dr to get it filled. Also gave flu shot with no signed consent form.

Dr Singh is a very thorough, friendly, smart physician. He listened very intuitively to my concerns, and prepared me on all side affects with any med he put me on. Sukhi is also phenominal. Very personable, helped me with my insurance issues, and got everything situated. two thumbs up
