Hate is not in my vocabulary.. I was extremely disappointed at the service I received from the time I walked into the door. I fully understand that I was walking in at 9:45pm time of nearly closing the woman at the door right away showed a look of disgust I guess because she was ready to go home.. I apoligized for coming in so late I was at work in Atlantic City and rushed there because the pain I was in. She had no response to my apology.. which pretty much said to me she agreed that I was late!!! Then the nurse calls me back again another person not happy to see me!!!! She did what she had to do! The Doctor came in was very pleasant the only good thing that came from my visit. He took his time asked his questions and examined me told me what he was gonna do for me. Said " by the time you get to Vineland your script will be there" needless to say I arrived to the rite aid in Vineland and no script now Im furious because 1 Im in pain and 2 I felt as though it was done purposely!!!!!! When I called in the morning the excuse was oops he failed to go through!!! The front desk and this nurse with absolutely no personality couldnt wait to get me out.. with bags in there hands pointed me to my way out when the Dr. Said.. wait I want her to look at the location as to where Im sending the script!!! The visit totally defeated the purpose of "urgent " care!!! And the funny thing is all the service standards are posted at the front desk to read, which I did. I never felt so neglected in a place of business in my life!!!! My visit was on 9/22/16 I arrived around 9:45 pm and I believe the two woman in duty need to be reminded that every person that comes into the office needs to be treated with respect!!!!
