The doctors are great . Everything else is terrible . The staff is unorganized and messy. I gave in a health form that had to be filled out ASAP for college and a week later they still didnt fill it out and tried to lie to my face . On top of that , they give me an attitude because they dont have my form ready. The wait time is atleast 2 hours which I dont understand why my appointment is at a certain time but I dont get called until 2 hours later . I have been coming here for almost 6 years because its really close to my house but Im sick of it . I will not be coming back to this place and I honestly dont recommend it to anyone

The staff is very nice and pleasant, but their ability to get paperwork filled and completed leave LOTS to be desired. Dropped a form to have the DR fill out and it took 2 1/2 weeks. This is after being told it was ready to pick up.

Dr latorre is fine. His front desk staff is completely unprofessional. Doesnt return calls, doesnt give referrals on time and is unhelpful.
