Horrible - no urgency to patient needs. Extremely unprofessional on the phone and no customer service effort. I had to hunt them down to give me information on a referral that was suppose to take 48 hours but ended up being over a week. The women handling the front desk have no idea what their internal process is and can not answer simple questions. I will be changing doctors after this horrible experience and would not recommend this office to anyone. The doctor is lovely but her staff is terrible.
