This couldve easily been 5 stars if the first impression wasnt from the rude receptionist. Dang, why the attitude? I work in the healthcare field and there really isnt a need for it. Turns out, she was also the phlebotomist that was drawing my blood. Surprisingly, she was good. It didnt hurt one bit & she got it on the first try. The visit was quick, too. Too bad her attitude sucked.

Well maybe they got rid of the staff the other two guys are talking about because I just left there satisfied. I showed up at 8am with no appointment and I was fished at 9 and they were taking appointments first several people came after me that had appoints and went ahead of me also the girl was friendly and had no problem answering questions I had.

Ive gone to this facility several times and these ladies have been pleasant and efficient. I never have an appointment, never had a long wait and now I only go there. They are painless, swift and I have never experienced an attitude from anyone.

Staff is as unwelcoming as you can get. On personal phone calls while the waiting room fills up. And dont bother reserving an appointment time. Whatever order people come in is how they get drawn. Regardless of time set
