When I first got to this urgent care I was told they do NOT take my insurance and could NOT see me, However the extremely "rude" front desk people who are NOT rude at all jumped hoops just so I could be seen as my blood pressure was extremely high and my ankles were the size of China.(literally) They took me in took my vitals, I only had like a 5 min wait after filling the paper work out, and DR. Stern was AMAZING... He asked me a few questions checked my ankles and feet out and proscribed me a medicine that works AMAZING!!! He is friendly, Wears a HUGE smile and cracks jokes. Couldnt ask for a better experience honestly... To the NOT SO RUDE front desk ladies thank you so much for jumping hoops and allowing me to be seen by this AMAZING Dr. :)

This place gets only one star from me because of the obnoxious Russian woman who works at the front desk. She is so rude, it makes the whole experience with this place completely unpleasant. Im guessing she immigrated from the Soviet Union way back in the 1970-80s, and brought the Soviet customer service ethic with her. There are many other similar places in the area, dont bring your money to this mini-Gulag.

Completely agree about the rude front desk person , she has worked there for a long time and has grown more and more rude every year BUT the doctors are great and wait time is minimal! Would have given 5 stars if the front desk was upto par .
