I use ONLY the Sicklerville office because they have always treated me with respect. With only 2 of them its got to be hard balancing all of the responsibilities and customers but they do it day in and day out. If you expect them to spend time answering the phones, questions, & draw blood they wouldnt have time to get everyone done. Several times I have known them to miss lunch just to handle the work load plus walk-ins. They derserve our thanks & respect.

They will not answer their phone, even when your doctor calls them! They will not wait on you OR give you service if you dont have medical insurance. Even when you can pay cash for it, they refuse. Do yourself a favor and go past the intersection to Labcorp on the right, they are friendly, answer their phone, and will take cash for a blood test.

It does not make any sense when you arrive at 8:30am as a walk in and they start taking appointments for people with appoints for 930am. The customer service is horrible and they speak to you like your dumb.
