They mixed up my appointment with my husbands. The appointments were 130p husband and 215p for myself on the same day. Instead of making a switch to accommodate the miscommunication from either side when I got there - hence letting my husband go at 130p instead who was there prior to 130p and myself at 215p since I was there at 141p, they said I had to reschedule my appointment. They proceeded to take my husband at 150p as I had nothing. I left my job to get to this place for them to turn me away. We will not be returning to this location. They were clearly overbooked and seen it as an opportunity to catch up by cutting off my appointment. I am not happy and will not recommend this location. They took a very long time just checking people in. Ill see if my husband likes their service beyond the front desk. However, I will not be returning.

Ive been going to Kennedy alliance for years and usually have a good experience, but the last two Visit make me not want to come back, I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor and the last time I made an appointment with a specialist and when the day came they said they couldnt find any appointment and that I didnt make one. And now I have to wait another month to meet with this specialist. The desk ladys are very nice but seem like they need help and are taking on so much that they cant handle everything. Hopefully next visit will be better.

I have been going to Kennedy Health Alliance for about a year now and I have been very happy. Jonathan Shulman & Dr. Taylor are the best. They are so caring and take the time to listen to all of my concerns. They are both very thorough and I never feel rushed. You may have a little bit of a wait but it is well worth it. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I have mostly seen Dr. Ubele and Dr. Shulman. I went for almost 5 years undiagnosed, but with the help of Dr. Shulman, I was able to figure out my illness. The office hours are amazing and long. Only Dr I know open until 11 pm and can get you in on a moments notice. I will not be going to anyone else anytime soon
