waiting time is long...receptionist was rude and not helpful at all ( had an issue with a referral and we ask her to call the PCP that kept telling us that its in the system, she refused to talk to her or recheck the system until miraculously it showed up when we persisted for about 1 hour).... when we finally got to see the doctor, we told us for our experience outside and he defendant her and sort of told us to that we are wrong...doctor procedure was done ok so i gave him 2 stars ..but will NOT return to this office with my family ...so found someone else that can handle us in a professional manner outside in the reception area and inside when seeing the doctor

The receptionist is so nice and helpful and the entire staff is phenomenal and the overall experience was smooth. The medical assistants are very caring and social and asked all the right and helpful questions.
