Though everyone seems very nice I only ever felt like a dollar sign and not a patient. I recently went there with severe pain in one of my wisdom teeth and the assured me there was nothing wrong. Over a month later and several trips to the doctor that thinking maybe I had sinus issues I went to another dentist who told me it had a cavity and couldnt believe it was so easily dismissed by Beacon Dental. I have gone to Beacon dental for years and now Im wondering how much time Ive wasted. Also, they ask you to pay half up front.. Dont be fooled into doing this. A reputable doctor will at least have you pay the day of. My advice to Dr Whang is to learn to treat your patients as patients and not cash cows.. Also she probably needs to treat her staff better because I never see the same person twice. Just to respond to below.. Im happy where Im going to now. Its more of Beacon Dentals Business practices that bother me. Though I was annoyed that I spent months in pain thinking I had a sinus infection that wouldnt go away. Getting my refund for my prepaid appointment I canceled seem to be a huge pain too. First I was told to call back the following week because the accounting dept was on vacation.. Then when I called back the next week I was told they would refund that day, and didnt do it. When I called back a few days later they told me "Dr Wang has to sign off on it first" So the opportunity to regain trust ended there. ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇

I am very happy at Beacon Dental, and go every 3 months for a cleaning. As a person who has had experiences with dentists that were very poor, I feel safe and taken care of at Beacon Dental. The staff is very nice and handles insurance issues well. While in the dentist chair, I am usually presented with an option that I can buy (water flosser, Invisaline, under gum cleaning, cancer screening). While people have felt that these efforts are too pushy and aligned towards insurance matches, my teeth need the extra attention and treatments, and it doesnt bother me (though I decline purchasing most of it). As with any dentist, I do ask questions during regular cleanings and am very aware of what they are doing in my mouth at all times. Personally, I have not had a long wait in the chair during procedures, but I know that others have.

Although my experience as a patient with Beacon Dental is new I must say that everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr Wang and her staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my recent dental problem. They are very patient and strive to accomplish every aspect of my procedure to perfection. If you need to wait to be seen just remember you will also be afforded the same time and expertise when you are seen.

They are very nice.....while they rip you off. I have never had more than 4 cavities in my entire life. I go to this place, I have 12 in 1 year! and then then they tell me 6 months i still owe money after they said I was all paid off. I never was a great fan of surprises. My stepmother told me to watch out for them because they are all about the $. She was right.

Dental work is not my favorite thing and I get very anxious at even the thought. Dr. Wang is incredibly patient and thorough. She was even able to create a crown that pulled forward a front tooth of mine that has been behind the others since I was a teenager. Amazing!

I recently moved to the area with work and a coworker recommended Beacon Dental to me. The young lady told me that they helped her greatly. At my appointment today, I thought they were wonderful!! I would definitely recommend them o anyone looking!

Also notice each time there is a negative review posted all of a sudden there is a positive review posted. We all know most of the positive reviews are workers and the turn over rate there is pretty high which says a lot.
