My experiences have been so awful with them that I wouldnt even give them a rating! I have two kids and two dogs and a business to run so for me to take the time to write this review, I hope it shows how incredibly hurt and disgusted I am with them. For starters, the very first root canal I had gotten done from them half the root was left in there I later found out from a different dentist. But more importantly the temporary bridge they made me would fall out and/or break the day after leaving their office. I mustve gone back 15 times to have them fix it and continue to try and tell them where the problem lied (the kept making one side larger then the other) and I have had a few prior with other dentists and neverrrr had the problems with my bridge that I did with this one. The girl jen I believe her name is literally just refused to fix it again and told dr. Citron "Im her patient she can deal with me" so she continued to fix and work on it until she literally refused to work on me. There is the rudest person I have ever come across working there named Megan Troy who refused to call me back. They had told me that Dr. Citron said to tell me that my case was too complex and she just cannot work with me anymore and referred me to a prosthodontist. I made an appointment with the prostatitis you could not see me until May 24 and told me that it is their responsibility to fix the bridge that they made and to get me out of pain. they actually spoke to the doctor herself and told her that. I called right after speaking with them and Newman Springs would not answer the phone I am assuming they were checking the caller ID. Finally after two wks with a broken bridge and in severe pain needing root canal I got their special answering service who was the only nice person I ever spoke to there and they made me an appt. they literally called me the morning of the appointment which was the following day to try and cancel my appointment telling me that the doctor didnt want to see me. After putting up a fight they finally said that they would see me in the afternoon. The doctor denied as soon as I saw her saying any of this and denied refusing to see me. She said that I need to record now and that she would fix the bridge so she fix the bridge and I am a baby with pain so I make sure prior to the root canal that she would provide me with antibiotic and pain medication and she said of course. When the procedure was finished I went to pay after taking my money and completing the payment I asked for my medication prescriptions and the entire staff started yelling at me jumping down my throat telling me that I was a drug atti when the procedure was finished I went to pay after taking my money and completing the payment I asked for my medication prescriptions and the entire staff started yelling at me jumping down my throat telling me that I was not to get any pain medication. Obviously confused as after the doctor had assured me I would I simply questioned why and the woman Megan Troy specifically called me a drug addict and told me that I need help that I go there all the time asking for pain medication. Now I dont know if they got me confused with somebody else because I have never calls a day in my life for pain medication. But to call somebody a drug addict and tell them that they need help I was literally flabbergasted. Thank God my mother-in-law was with me because I plan on pursuing this and have already contacted the american dental Association . The woman carry that works there also started screaming at me along with another two females and she had said I cannot deal with this person somebody please kick her out. They threatened to call the police so I said that I gladly would which I proceeded to do. I am in Austill that I was treated the way that I was and I recommend anyone and everyone to never go there and be treated like that again I was warned by people who have gone there before how bad their practice was.didnt believe it until I actually experienced it myself and still cant believe two days later what happened

It is hard to find a good dental practice and it is even harder to find a spectacular one. I have had the good fortune to find a spectacular one. Today I had my first appointment as a new patient at Newman Springs Dental Care. Every aspect of my visit was first-rate. The friendly front office staff greeted me and helped me complete my paperwork and insurance forms (I work in Washington State and have insurance through that state, but this was not a problem for the staff. They researched what my out-of-pocket expenses would be [minimal] and even filed my paperwork for me.). I then met Roxanne, one of the dental assistants, who gave me a tour of the entire facility, took my vitals, and walked me through the procedures that she, the dentist (Dr. Friedman), and the dental hygenist (Pauline) would perform. Roxanne was professional and had a great sense of humor. I then met Dr. Friedman who, like the staff members I met before him, put me at ease and immediately instilled a great sense of confidence in me. He talked to me about my medical and dental history and performed a thorough exam. He too, is very cheerful and has a great sense of humor. Although I wasnt initially scheduled to have a cleaning, his staff managed to find time for Pauline to perform a cleaning on my teeth. The fact that the staff went to great lengths to accommodate me really impressed me. Pauline was also incredibly nice and professional. She provided a lot of good explanations and I immediately felt like I had known her for years. I was also able to get moulds taken of my teeth so that I could take advantage of their $99 white smile for life program (this is a great deal). Quinn explained the procedure to me and Roxanne took the moulds--the whole procedure took 5 easy minutes. I really, really enjoyed my visit--so much in fact that I am bringing my husband to the practice next week for his first appointment. I know this will sound corny, but I really love my new dental practice and long forward to a long association with everybody associated with it.

The BSA Scout Law is: A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean & Reverent. As I have heard Dr. Friedman is an BSA Eagle Scout, it is no surprise to find the he and all the people that comprise the Newman Springs Dental Care Group exemplify this "Law", are extremely professional and do their utmost to provide a trouble-free dentist experience. I am uncertain if Dr. Friedman is always painless but rest assured everything that can be done for your comfort will be addressed and attention to details is their main goal. A simple example is questioning how often does your Dentist call you up a few days after having a procedure done (my case filling). Dr. Friedman continues to do this even though the first phone call caused me concern over the possibility that there was something wrong, hehe. I have recommended him to friends and everyone has said they were glad they switched to Dr. Friedman and the Newman Springs Dental Care Group .
