I thought everyone was really nice but Im very disappointed in the service and billing. I was told I need a deep clean due to periodontal disease. I was told it would cost me about $1800 as I do not have health insurance. So I get my "deep clean" which only consisted of scaling (scraping in between my teeth). Im curious afterwards and decide to look on the bill to see if I was actually charged for all of this work that was never done. Hundreds of dollars for Atridox which is a topical antibiotic (didnt get), never got my teeth brushed or polished either. So I call politely and speak with the office manager Jacob, who sucks at customer service and clearly only cares about getting your money (which sucks bc I trusted everyone in that office to take care of me right). I was "given" a toothbrush set and later found out it was $135 toothbrush, $22 toothpaste, and $22 mouthwash. And all of these prices are after applied discounts. I tell Jacob of all of the services that werent provided and he says Monday that hed speak with the hygienist and would call me Wed. Wed he never called and when I left messages for him Thur he never called. So Fri he still doesnt reconcile anything. I offered that if they actually perform the services on the bill Id pay them without question, denied. Now I have asked for a meeting Monday to discuss with both Jacob and the hygienist so well see how that goes. At the moment it would seem that I need legal representation and Id rather pay a lawyer $1800 for actual services than fake ones from people who are supposed to care about my health. had a tooth pulled w shots of novacaine etc and only cost me about $200. Weird right? Im 30yrs old w no more insurance and I support a family of 4. Shame shame shame on this place!! I also had to tell Jacob that he needed to update the third party finance company as they were still charging me for partial denture etc I never got. And I really dnt get why you wouldnt pull my cracked tooth but when someone is in that much pain and you want them to wait a week, at least prescribe something for pain. The pain I was in...Id rather have been in labor. Pitiful

If I could give no stars, I would. I will never recommend this car dealership of a dental clinic to anyone. I have already told friends never to go there. The place refused to do a simple cleaning and proceeded to try and guilt me into a deep scaling for $2700; they quoted my husband at $3600. The "office manager," Jacob, with no apparent dental credentials used a very insensitive comment about getting shot in the face when I asked about just wanting a cleaning. I proceeded to tell him that he was being over the top and he continued to try and guilt me into paying over $2000 for this scaling. I have had a scaling done before and it never costs me near $2000. My husband had a similar experience with this manager and using over-the-top guilt trips about "its not how many teeth we will be able to save, it will be how many we will need to pull." Both of us have no teeth issues; I have never had a cavity in my life and I got this guy telling us our teeth are going to fall out very shortly. I was in this office for 1.5 hours to pretty much get x-rays and see a dentist for 5 minutes. As much as I understand that a scaling MAY need to be done, to refuse a simple cleaning is ridiculous. I will not be going back. I will find a dental office that will clean my teeth and not try and sell me a car.

The staff (literally all of them) are all great, I came in there with a low expectation that I would walk out happy. To my surprise after finding I would need 4/12 filling I had replaced from another location, the office manager there bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and did as much for me as possible. Dr. Mulhull (not sure i spelled this correctly) is THE BEST dentist I have ever had, she is extremely knowledgeable and takes adequate time to do things correctly. If you are looking for a dentist offering great prices and great service this is your place. Stay away from the Cheektowaga location. The doctor on site has 0 personality, and the staff is clueless. If I could give this location negative stars I would. I came to this place to fix the second filling that has fallen out. The two that fell out were originally done at the same time. It is my belief the filling material was faulty. It has been around six months since the original fillings, and now the office will not repair for free. So needless to say NEVER EVER going back there!

In one word, this facility and its staff are SUPERB! I had a free consultation and they were more thorough than any dentist or dental office I have ever been too. So professional and took the time to thoroughly answer my many questions. For nearly two hours, I was there learning about the condition of my teeth and the steps that should be taken to keep my teeth intact and healthy. (They are in rough shape.) My rating is a 5+, based on a 1-5 scale. Highly recommended.

Not the best experience at all. The hygienist was across from me in another room talking badly about other patients to another employee. Doesnt really make you feel like any confidentiality measures are followed. How rude and inconsiderate. Also, had an insurance mix up and was supposed to receive a call two days ago to resolve the issue. That has never happened. Was told I have to pay for everything up front, then insurance reimbursed me? Mmhmm

Staff @ Aspen dental are very friendly and likable people. My father who suffers from Parkinsons started going there before me. He also seems glad to have his dental work done there. Staff is knowledgeable and will try and work with you anyway they can to satisfy your needs. Would recommend to anyone whos looking for other options in their dental needs.

Filthy and outdated. I dont think this place has been cleaned in years. Chairs have stains. The dentist looked in my mouth for 20 seconds then walked away and never came back. He didnt say goodbye or anything just got up and left. Then they tried to sell me a $300 "deep" cleaning not covered by insurance.

Alright service. Not so great with bed-side manor. Also, when I called, they said they took my insurance, but when I went they said my plan wouldnt cover anything. I went to another dentist a week later, and they said they didnt understand why Aspen hadnt billed my insurance.

I just started with Aspen Dental a few days ago. The staff were open and friendly - Julie took the x-rays of my teeth and was very sensitive and caring. The dentist looked everything over and explained what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

Jacob was outstanding and helpful in getting me in and taking care of my Issue! Jen my hygienist was so kind and professional! Cailee was wonderful as well. I look forward to a long relationship with these folks!
