I have been a patient at Lane and Associates for over a year and have been seen for regular cleanings, as well as for two different fillings. I am consistently impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of the staff, from the front desk staff to the dental assistant, dental hygienist to the dentist (Dr. Witherspoon for me, usually). The office staff always calls the day before to confirm my appointment time and date, and that is very helpful. The facility is very clean and top of the line. Each dental chair has a TV that can be changed to the station of your choice. On my first visit, I have several cavities that needed to be filled. The dental staff spent lots of time explaining the process to me and which cavities needed to be filled first (along with which could wait). This was very helpful. They were not pushy about the needed procedures. It was apparent that they all understood the financial ramifications of many dental procedures. Overall, I am grateful for the staff at Lane and Associates on Broad St. They are professional, respectful, courteous and hospitable. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice to my family, friends and co-workers.

The staff at Lane & Associates have always been friendly, prompt and caring. My husband and I enjoy working with the Broad Street office staff from the moment we arrive until the end of our services. There is a particular dental assistant named Sherry who is the most dedicated employee Ive had the pleasure of working with and I have owned and operated two businesses in the past. Sherry is a major team player. She is always full of joy and anxiously awaits to assist the dentist and patients alike. She encourages her team members and pushes beyond what is required of her by the company. She is a very dedicated person with excellent morals and work ethics. Every visit my husband and I secretly pray she will be his assistant again because it is such a pleasure working with Sherry. Taking nothing away from the entire staff but Sherrys vitality is welcoming and we look forward to seeing her and sharing in her day. Sherry is the best dental assistant every in our book!! Thank you Sherry.

A shout out to all of the staff at Lane and Associates in the Durham office!! From the receptionist to the dentist was the best experience Ive ever had!! The two hygienists who worked on me, Tonya and Ciera were the best!!! They had excellent skill sets and were extremely personable. Dr Witherspoon was fantastic! She was professional explained everything she was doing, what I would feel and what to expect afterwards. They even took the time to setup the TV in the treatment room so that I could watch and listen to the ACC tournament! It just doesnt get much better! Thank you all for the excellent care!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WELL MANNERED AND THERE JUST THE BEST CAUSE THEY NEVER TURN YOU DOWN THERE GOING TO MAKE A WAY TO HELP YOU NO MATTER HOW I WOULD NOT TRADE THIS PLACE FOR THE WORLD I REMEMBER I NEEDED SURGERY MY FACE WAS LIKE A BALLOON THE GAVE ME A SAME DAY APPT BUT IM ALWAYS EARLY ESPECIALLY THAT DAY MY APPOINTMENT WASNT TILL 2 MORE HRS AFTER I HAVE GOTTEN THERE AND I PASTED BACKED AND FOURTH IN PAIN STARRING AND I THINK THEY FELT MY PAIN THEY GOT ME BACK THERE SO QUICK BEFORE YOU KNOW IT I WAS AT HOME IN LA LA LAND FEELING BETTER THANKS YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST

A big chunk of a molar came loose while eating breakfast. Hadnt been to a dentist in a long time but found a list of recommend dentists compiled by someone I work with. Lane and Assoiates in Durham was on the list and most others were closed on friday. I called them and they worked me in immediately. Unfortunately, my fractured tooth had to be extracted. Technician Sherry and Dr. Witherspoon were both great--worked well together and handled my nervousness perfectly. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I have a new dentist and a new commitment to regular visits.

I would recommend this place if going to the dentist is hard for you. Everyone is very gentle and kind! Dr. Givans and Ciara fixed an old broken filling that Id gotten years ago from a different clinic. Ciara offered me a blanket and sunglasses ( because of the overhead light) and we had a nice chat while waiting for the numbing to take effect. They listened and were really helpful when I needed more local anesthesia, which also meant my filling took a little longer to complete. They were both very calm and precise and never made me feel rushed. This is a great place!

I am so proud to be a patient at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Durham, NC. When I relocated to the State of NC in 2007, my biggest concern was locating a good dentist. I found one at Lane and Associates. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The nurses that assist the doctors are pleasant and have an excellent demeanor in calming seniors, such as myself. I am so overjoyed that I have Dr. Witherspoon as my dentist and the wonder staff at Lane and Associates.

Best dental office I have been to in a long time. I have very high anxiety and the head dental assistant and Dr. Witherspoon took very good care of me. I would highly recommend this dental organization. Lane and associates are highly dedicated to providing quality services to all. The office staff is welcoming and warm when you walk in. This practice is phenomenal! The front desk staff is kind and accommodating. They will do everything they can to help you from scheduling to explain your dental benefits. If you need cleaning, scaling, crown restoration or a variety of other things they will provide these services with zero discomfort. Dr. Givans and her assistant are professional and very gentle. I can not say enough about Dr. Givans and her staff. They will treat you like family.

ORAL SURGEONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE In this place not respect patients. Cancel appointments at the last minute after having scheduled appointment on one month in advance . They never have an answer when you ask what happened to the oral surgeons. We were expecting a surgery for 3 months and each month canceled the day before regardless of our commitments. We complained to the manager and she thought it was a joke

Doctor witherspoon has amazing hands, her dental assistance jodye was right up there to match witherspoon hustle. My Latin mommies was very professional and kind to me know I have a fear to pain. And would not believe I was there for a EXTRACTION. I made the appointment yesterday. Am from Georgia in your lovely state for work. Best experience will do it again. One down three more to go. I always hesitate going to a new dental office unless I get a referral. But I saw the reviews on line and decided to give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. And I know theyre honest because I thought I had 2 cavities diagnosed by another dentist, but didnt feel quite right about them and went here and they checked me out with no cavities. Staff was kind and dentist was very kind.
