New to the area I had no idea where to get my eyes checked to see if I needed new contacts. After a bit of research this place looked like a good bet. I was totally blown away. The staff was warm and kind on my first visit there as if I had been coming for years. The eye exam was so thorough I dont think Ive ever seen so many testing machines. That said, as someone who hates going to the dentist, nothing here was uncomfortable or scary. Dr. Joshi spent so much time with me it felt like how a doctor patient relationship should be. Not this bug rush job and on to the next. Dr. Joshi showed me photos that were taken of the inside of my eyes and went through them slowly and carefully as if I was a pre med student. She also seemed to view the detailed images with such excitement as if it was her first time seeing them. This is someone who truly loves and cares about what theyre doing. Lastly, while waiting briefly I picked up a beautiful book from the table that was all about Green Chimneys. The inside cover had a nice message thanking them for taking care of all the children at Green Chimneys. Before that I was considering seeing how much the contacts were on 18ooContacts. After reading that I told myself Im buying them here even if theyre twice the price. The craziest part is that at the end of the day they were even cheaper than the internet. Look no further, this is your place.

Excellent and thorough care. Something one rarely sees. You will be not only very pleased, but thrilled with the office. I send all my friends and patients to Dr Ross. He is the best and so is his staff. You wont find a better eye doctor anywhere! Very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to work with. He also uses some technology that I have not seen anywhere else. He can take pictures of the back of the eye that will show early changes (warning signs) of other conditions (arterial disease) not related to the eye. So this acts as a preventative (catching problems early) technique. An excellent services that otherwise requires invasive testing.

My family and I were patients at Holistic Vision for a few years. Although we received very good care and service, it bothered me that when I asked for our prescriptions, they didnt want to give them to me. One employee tried to baffle me with BS, another was very hesitant but finally gave in. It appears to me that they want you to buy glasses from them rather than off the Internet Understandable, but in 1980 the FTC passed the Prescription Release Law requiring opticians to give copies of prescriptions to patients whether they ask or not. I didnt know this then, but I think Holistic Vision Care knew.

I have always had a good experience with Holistic Vision Care. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When you enter the office you are always cheerfully greeted. When I go in to have my eyeglasses adjusted, they are quick and always do it right the first time. I will never go anywhere else for my eyeglasses. I have heard negative stories from other people about where they get there glasses, and I tell them they should have gone to Holistic Vision Care because they always get it right the first time. FABULOUS! Been a patient for over 15 years. Its rare you find a doctor that really cares (and he does!), and is knowledgable about the whole body. Love the holistic approach, and that he also stays focused on his area of expertise. Great with kids, too! The staff is also helpful.

The only bad news is that you have to plan on spending some time. Dr Ross really gives you a complete and thorough exam. You can tell that he really cares about what he is doing. I would be afraid to trust my vision to anyone else.
