Had my exam done here and the doctor was great but the contact cost was twice what other companies quoted me. I ended up purchasing from another company. I called pearl vision today because my son threw away my conacts to ask about a trial pair because they have my prescription. I was even willing to pay for the trial. I was told that it was nice that I had my exam at pearl vision but since I had not purchased anything they will not provide me a trial pair and I would have to wait until Tuesday when an order came in. I have no contacts, I can not drive or work with out them. I will never recommend pearl vision for any reason, worst customer service I have ever had.

Customer service fantastic. Also, Excellent eye doctor....hes exams are very detailed. He takes his time so he can get the best accurate results! Highly recommend him!!
