How do I start? I have been through a couple of dentist. The first dentist gave me 3 caps over my original teeth. One of the caps kept falling out of my mouth requiring me to have to visit the dentist several times to glue it back in. How embarrassing to have your tooth pop out your mouth and land on the floor when you are speaking with someone. Then after I had the second teeth two teeth capped I began to suffer pain. I decided to return to a previous dentist who explained to me that the root of the tooth had broken thus causing the pain. In August he ended up pulling all 4 teeth in between my K-9s. I was provided a flipper of 4 teeth to put in its place. The flippers were very uncomfortable as they were not meant to be permanent teeth. After several visits to this dentist, looking for parking, paying for parking, waiting approximately an hour and a half each visit. I still had no teeth. I experinced horrible communication between the dentist and his staff. I at this point decided that I would not return to this dentist. I sat down and Googled the best dentist in the Bronx. This is how I found my savior Dr. Sandler. I have added photos before with no teeth and after of Dr. Sandlers amazing work. This doctor on my very first visit after telling him what I had been through gave me my smile back. My new teeth are beautiful. In just 1 visit he completed all the work and my new teeth were in perfectly the following visit! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. If there were a way to provide 10 stars....Dr. Sandler office would have it! Thank you, thank you and thank you!

3 hour wait for a teeth cleaning only to be told the hygienist was not in. No apology but I was promised "no wait" when I come in 2 days from now for the cleaning. I missed an eye appointment because I waited so long and I had to cancel my Zoom whitening appointment for tomorrow because my teeth need to be cleaned prior to the procedure. Now I have to wait two weeks for the next whitening appointment. Huge inconvenience and I dont appreciate having my time wasted. I will update this review after my cleaning and well see if "no wait" actually means no wait. The hygienist did a good job the last time I was seen so that is the only reason why Im even bothering coming back. Update: I was seen quickly on my second visit and the hygienist did an excellent job. Happy with the results!

Dr. Sandler and his team were amazing and made sure to accommodate me even though he wasnt assigned to be my dentist. The staff makes you feel like you are right at home and have a great amount of patience, especially since I was being difficult about getting a tooth extracted. The process was painless and I have every intention of making Dr. Sandler my permanent doctor. I had previously posted a review that stated that the office was not responding to my messages. This was a big misunderstanding.. they were unable to understand the number I provided. I am so grateful for all they have done for me thus far.

i had a horrible experience there the office was not very clean the dentist was rude and he was ruff i ha a root canal and a cap ...which lead to me still having pain after and another tooth getting infected because the job wasnt done correctly but the receptionist were nice DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
