This optical has potential to be wonderful given they were more professional. Based on my experience I have concluded that this optical is focused most on selling glasses. I was addressed poorly because I needed my daughters eye distance measured. Upon speaking to the designated person I was reprimanded that they are a business and what I had done was wrong. Overall, the person whos name I failed to get focused on the fact that I wouldnt buy glasses from them. Although I will point out their prices are EXTREMELY inflated. Word of advice: A place of business charges for services. Therefore, in the event that provide someone with a service of any kind, you charge them for it.

I came in for a comprehensive eye exam (contacts and glasses.) Dr. Jang explained what coverage benefits were available to me under my health plan before starting the exam which was helpful. After the exam one of the assistants helped me pick out a frame that was covered by my insurance. I had both contacts and glasses ready for pickup in less than a week. They are very professional and transparent about their business which I appreciate. Will definitely be coming back here for my annual exam but I will purchase contacts elsewhere because the pricing here is a bit high as mentioned in other reviews. 5 stars for the quality service. Docked 2 stars for the high prices.

I went there ( Kingsbridge eye center) a few years back and I was very satisfied. I just bought glasses at Lens Crafters, what a mistake. I will go back where all went well in the past, Kingsbridge eye center. After reading these reviews I for sure will stop by real soon and I know all will be well.

Good Service and The Young Ladies who helped me were somewhat nice. A few more than others. The prices are cool. Dr. Jang awesome. The wait was way too much. But will go back.
