Terrible experience. I made an appointment for my daughter, 7 years old, I pay a hefty co- pay only to see a very young doctor? Nurse practitioner? who looks at my daughters back for less then one minute then says I have to come back when the spots are exhibiting different symptoms. Okay I ask will we have to pay another 60 dollars , the nurse/ doctor says "youll have to ask at the desk I just work here" she passes my question off to the front desk person. This gal makes a call to the mysterious "doctor boss" who then confirms that I will indeed have to pay the $60.00 again. I couldnt quite believe the entire interaction. In the back of my head Im afraid these spots could be cancer and our time was completely hijacked by a poorly run dermatology office ( whose office space is dark and depressin) This place is not advanced. F-

Excellent Reception and Phone Staff that are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable of their respective responsibilities and company information and procedures, the medical staff components work well from the PA to the MD, I highly recommend your services. My suggestion is to take your current staff and put them in a modern facility with new communication and computer equipment and ergonomically designed work stations for increased staff performance which translates into increased repetitive patrons with increased patron solicitation

This place is so great! The ladies are so nice and professional. They work with my crazy schedule to get my appointments and they listen to my concerns. There is also no insane wait time that you normally see with doctor offices. I highly recommend this office! :-)
