The worst office ever. They treat their patients like a number, not a human. They do not know how to write referrals to specialists. They gave me a slip instead of writing a up the correct referral and before I could see my specialist I had to wait for two hours in the specialists office waiting for them to fax the correct information. The office manager is non existent. She is only there after office hours and blames you for their mistakes. Doctors good but obviously doesnt have a handle on things in the front office.

Dr. Vladimir Smirnov is our family doctor for more than 12 years. He is very professional with the tremendous experience. Doctor treats his patients with respect and great care. He and his staff are very responsive to the patients’ as well as patients’ families’ needs. This cooperation is a part of the office daily life. Office is very clean, waiting time is relatively satisfactory. Thank you to Dr. Smirnov for medical and human care, thanks to the staff for help and assistance.
