The people at the reception desk have horrible people skills. They make conversations with one another, while the line grows. They need supervision in order to properly do their job. On 3/23/17, I arrived at around 11am, as a walk in, I have a PPO dental insurance card, which means that I dont need an assigned dentist, I just visit the provider and my insurance pays for the services. When it was my turn to talk to the receptionist, she tells me to call my insurance company in order to register them as my primary dentist. So I explained to her what I mentioned above. She made me get off of the line to call my insurance company, in order for them to explain the same thing that I had already explained to her. I had to get on line again. By the time I reached the receptionist again, 6 people had passed me. I arrived before all of those 6 people, but they were all seen before me because they were all told to signed the sign in log before me. Because of the inresponsibilities of the front desk staff, I had to stay more than an extra hour waiting to be seen.

I had a great experience. My dentist recommended that I have one of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was able to get a consultation and have the tooth extracted at TBHC on the same day. The doctors and staff were confident and courteous, and my tooth was extracted without any issues. The whole process was far more comfortable than I expected. Best of all, it cost me about 25% of what I would have paid elsewhere. Thank you TBHC!

I came here to have wisdom teeth extracted. The oral surgeons were reassuring, professional, and competent. The clerical staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, I had a good experience.

Registration takes a bit... an hour +. But once your in the door everyone is really nice and they do a great job!
