As much as I like the providers at this health station. I do not like the fact that there isnt one standard medical record for the place. I didnt like that I was told that the medical doctor that initially diagnosed me with a condition stopped working at the facility and took my records with him. The worst part of my experience here is having to pass Rosie at the entrance smoking cigarettes. Seems like shes always there when Im coming and leaving. I dont smoke so its not fair that I have to inhale it when coming to the doctor.

Dr Harper is very precise and caring! Hes amazing! However the way his receptionist staff( everyone but his nurses) is set up they need customer service classes and trainings! They over book patients and then have people waiting for 3 hours minimum to be seen! They do not inform patients about the doctor emergency in time to derail a complete waste of bus fare and time! They have poor communication skills overall! Good doctor as I said but poor patient system so unless you have a whole day to spare do not bother coming here!

I love this place!! The staff is super awesome!!! The head nurse Dalia is very caring and friendly!! Dr. Halper is very thorough and experienced! Ive Been going here for 3 years, and he has helped my fertility! Im now 9 months pregnant and still a loyal client. I will definitely recommend this medical center for all matters concerning womens health!

All the staffs are great there .They have all the equipment you might need right on premise no need for referrals.you so comfortable talking to the doctors he or she is not rushing you. last they are open late

Pros: - Dr Hanon was very helpful. - We got an appointment on short notice. Cons: - We had a significant wait. - They dont take credit card and the office manager was a little unpleasant about it.

Doc not bad but the wait time is ridiculous! How can u have a 12:45pm appointment and still waiting at 4:00pm to see the doctor?? So very unprofessional!
