I have used Dr Gantt for almost 20 years, back when he was at Fort Hill, before he started his own practice. I am on my fifth dog. He has performed routine and amazing non-routine surgeries on my young then old dogs, all at affordable prices. The vet techs are excellent, my dogs think its a day spa, regardless of procedure. My dogs are show dogs that i have invested an incredible amount of time and money in and I trust Dr. Gantt without reservation regarding my dogs health and medical needs, and there is much compassion amongst teh staff when an old friend has to go. That one negative review must have been a crazy person.

Weve been using Dr Gant for probably 15 years, here and his prior office in Huntington. The best of service diagnosis and care. One of our cats was having difficulty peeing. After an emergency visit to a 24 hour place that charged us over $1k for a night, we brought him here where he spent a week for half that. He came out fine and with a diet switch that the other place was unsure of. The food only comes from the vet, but is a little more expensive than what we feed the other cat. We have probably a dozen friends that have been with as long, for both dogs and cats.

Dr. Piliero is my new vet for my rescue dog and rescue cat. Prices charged were about average for the area. Besides the initial extended visit, Dr. Piliero spoke with me by phone four times for one half hour each time at no charge. She is a knowledgeable and caring vet. She suggested a dog behaviorist for a difficult problem. Staff is friendly, polite and professional. Setting is newish and spotless from the parking lot through the center. Highly recommended.

Been going there for nearly four years for every shot and every allergy and every emergency. My dog gets the same itch spot every May and October. I called, after four years and thousands of dollars and asked for the meds for the allergies without the 150.00 vet visit and they said no, I would have to bring her in to see a vet. She had just been there for her shots a few months ago. Greed, pure and simple. Will find a new vet ASAP.

The veterinarian care is wonderful but this review is about the office personnel that was completely unprofessional! It starts at the front desk on what kind of experience you would expect to have and no one wants to deal with someone who is ignorant and insensitive. Just think about this before entering the doors with your loved one.

We love Dr. Gant!! We trust him wholeheartedly.He and the entire staff are kind, compassionate, and the best at what they do. He provides extraordinary care for my 11 year old cat and 2 year old Lab, we feel so lucky to have him in our community.

Clean facility and the staff is good but I will only bring him in for shot updates, anything more serious I would bring my dog somewhere else.
