I am very upset with the service I received here. I was refereed to Dr. Allen for a pre-op nutritional evaluation for bariatric surgery. The office is inside of a basement and felt very dirty which was the first red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they where the only nutritionist on the the list that accepted my medical coverage. The staff was friendly but they continually pronounced my name wrong after I repeatedly corrected them. Their facility is extremely out of date and they did not have a blood pressure cuff that could fit me, red flag number two. I met with Lisa Rousso, the dietitian, who barely gave me eye contact and seemed disgusted with the fact that I made my mind up about surgery, red flag number three. She wanted me to try her "holistic diet" first before we continued with anything related to bariatrics. I was not interested in continuing to see her so I decided I would rather pay to see another nutritionist and I canceled my appointment.

Dr. Allen is one of the greatest chiropractor, and I visit many different one. His hands are absolutely magical. But the most important is that he is one of the greatest man who LOVES what he does and it is already HEALING energy. Try him and you will never leave HIM.

The staff is very professional and Dr Allen always make you feel comfortable and at ease. Ive been a patient for over 20 years. I recently moved from Flushing (actually out of state) and I plan on traveling back and forth to see him.
