First off, theyre basically stealing money from people who dont know any better. They charged me $250 for a "class" to explain how to put in contact lenses and take care of them..... if that doesnt sound sketchy to you, I dont know what will. Second of all, everything about this business seems unprofessional besides the actual doctor and technicians themselves. The ladies behind the front desk talk ridiculously loud about their personal lives all day, and patients who have to wait for HOURS (wait times are ridiculously long all the time) have to listen to them speak. I had an appointment at the beginning of the month to get contact lenses, and after they charged me $250 for this bogus "class", they had me come in two weeks later to have custom contact lenses put in for me. Little did I know that my contact lenses had not arrived, and they didnt call me to give me a warning before the appointment or anything. VERY unprofessional. Dont try calling their number either. Theyll immediately put you on hold and youll have to listen to their annoying hold automated system which basically advertises them to no end. This business reeks of unprofessionalism. Please, take your valuable time elsewhere as I guarantee you will be disappointed as well as overcharged.

After being misdiagnosed by a local doctor, , where I reside, in the Pocono Mountains,Dr. Fromer was recommended to me, by my sister. He was kind enough to see me, immediately, and accurately, diagnosed my problem. I was told by my local eye doctor, that because of my age, I was suffering from Macular Degeneration.and would eventually loose my sight. When I was examined by Dr. Fromer, he explained that I, simply had Cataracts that should be removed. Upon removal of the cataract, in just one eye, my vision is now 20/20, in that eye. I am eagerly awaiting the removal of the cataract from my other eye, next month. Thanks to Dr. Fromer, I no longer use, even reading glasses. Oh and by the way, I am 72 years of age,

Disappointing. The wait is ridiculously long no matter how early your appointment is. I really believe that this has something to do with what insurance you have. If you are getting testing done, be prepared to spend at least 3-4 hours. Even when I asked multiple times if I was next or how many people before me, the only thing they could tell me was youre next, but I wasnt. Ugh. So glad I dont have to come back for another year.

i like it, but its too crowded, and they charge $40.00 bucks for every freaking visit, even if u are just coming back for the result or for a paper.
