Horrible horrible horrible horrible experience!!!!!! I have been coming here for over 15 years I will never again step foot here!!!!!!! I had a appointment on 3/31/16 dr fox....I had a spot on my leg i was concerned about. She told me it was a fungus and Gave me a cream..... about 10 days later the area looked exactly the same, so I made another appointment at this location to get a second opinion from another doctor. They then prescribed me with a cream that was $500.... thank goodness my insurance company gave me a $400 rebate. It still didnt go away,So I then make my 3rd appointment with dr. Maydan and this one really surprised me bc shes has been around for a long time. She diagnosed me with something else and said this def was not a fungus and apologized for my prior visits. She said since i go to the gym and work out the sweeting is causing me to have this mark on my leg, so I believed her. She recommended a certain powder and I bought it.....unfortunately still never went away. I went to visit dr lance browne in NYC..... he could have not been any nicer extremely professional. He explained it looked like trauma to the area, and nothing to be concerned about. He advised me to take a biopsy because that is the only way to really find out what it is. So once I found out it wasnt anything to be really concerned about I enjoyed the rest of the summer and didnt take the biopsy at the time. After he summer I then went to visit Dr. Bittman pro health !!!!! Awesome and great bed side manners. I let her examined me and never said anything about my prior visits. She had the same exact thing to say as Dr. Brown. I took the biopsy everything came back normal Dr. Brown and Dr. Pitman were right it was trauma to the area. So lastly I called all island dermatology back explain the situation and asked that I just get back my $190 from my prescription and office visits since they miss diagnosed me. After calling several times the office manager Tom never got back to me. When he finally got back to me he said he spoke to Dr. onorato, he said Dr. onorato declined to give me back money. I feel this office is all about being money hungry , they truly dont care about people dont go here their reputation is not what it was. They lost a patient, my friends and family all for $190!!!!!!! Very sad!!!

If I could give no stars I would. My first experience was with Dr Michael Brock hes consideration to appointments was non existent I actually waited an hour then rescheduled. It was worth it. He was the best with facial injectables. He gave me my lower face back no sagging no lines lifted the corners of my lips. Unfortunately I was convinced by Tracy to use the new PS. After spending 2k my eyelids dropped the only negative side effect that is better. I have smile lines, bumps and lumps on my jaw line I look like the joker when I smile because of more limbs from fillers. I have called left messages for Tracy that only calls back when your spending money I left messages on the main phone. With no response. I was thrilled to be able to get my Botox and fillers after finishing my surgeries for breast cancer I was hoping to gain some positive self image instead I look worse and Im out 2k. I have nothing nice to say about the PS or Tracey and the rest of the staff

Consistently terrible experience. Over the course of 1 year, I had no choice but to go here due to my insurance not covering many other locations. Every single staff member was one (or more) of the following: rude, rushing, impersonable, or incompetent. Even the doctors were constantly trying to get you in and out within a matter of seconds, just so they could see the next patient (and probably just to make the most $$$). They do not and will not care for your needs as a patient - they just see you as a dollar sign. Not to mention I am now dealing with "unpaid" bills from them, which I have PROOF of paying... what a headache. I would not recommend going here for any of your dermatology needs.

Fabulous Experience! I had to had a mole looked at and the Drs there (Dr. Uria especially) all did a GREAT job at diagnosing the mole, removing the mole, and post-op care. All told (start to finish,) I spent less than 1 hour over the course of about 4 visits (less than 15 minutes per visit) to have my mole looked at, removed, and finally have the stitches removed. I **LOVE** how quickly and efficiently the team worked, how personable they all were, and (especially) the quality of the results! (My cousin is a Dr., and even HE marveled at the results!) If anything "pops up" again, Ill definitely return to All Island Dermatology.

Would NEVER use this office again! I went ad a new patient and had a biopsy done on a mole 12 business days ago. I was told I would receive a call whatever the results were. I called yesterday looking for the results and was told someone would call me back. More than 24 hours later I called again after not hearing from anyone only to be told that Id have to leave anothet message for someone to call me back. Dont even get me started on how long you have to wait on hold before someone even picks up a phone!

ZERO STARS if I had the option. The staff is rude, the wait is long (I waited 2 hours), and the doctor was extremely rude as well. Then they bill you 2 months later with a fee if youre a new patient and charge you a fee for the doctor just seeing you! (on top of your co-pay). A very awful place.

A great service to the community. Have been going for years. Onorato is a great physician. However, some NPs and PAs are not the most personable people in the world. They come off as curt, make me feel rushed. Recently havent had pleasant experiences.

Worst Dr.s office ever! Long, long waits. Staff lies. Took a month to get my Lab report...probably because they lied so that they could perform an unnecessary procedure. Went for a second opinion and I was fine. Watch Out!

Awful Awful Awful. Hard to get an appointment. At least a 45 minute wait everytime I go. Doctor will delay removals to get another copay. And they make it difficult to get your records transfered.

Did not have a good experience. The PA that I saw rushed me and recommended products that I later found out were harmful. She was not personable and because of this, I will not return.
