I went in to see Dr. Brezel after a referral from my primary care doctor. I had a rash on my leg that after several days was still extremely itchy and a concern. I was met by an incredibly pleasant staff. I sat in the waiting room over an hour despite having an appointment. I eventually said I would have to go as I had somewhere else to be but the receptionist showed me to a room and insisted he doctor would be in shortly. I sat, charging my phone for about half an hour. I was standing up to leave when Dr. Brezel came. I said I was about to leave since I had been waiting nearly 2 hours. Instead of apologizing he coldly responded asking if I was going to bother staying because he was here now. I was definitely caught off guard by his rudeness but sat down. He looked at my leg and said it was poison ivy. I asked if it could possibly be anything else because I know exactly where and when I started to get itchy and I hadnt been anywhere near poison ivy. He said no. I told him as a child I would touch poison ivy as a dare but never broke out before and said again that I know I hadnt been around it. He said I asked for his expert opinion and this was it. When I showed him pictures I had taken on my phone he said they didnt help his diagnosis because I wasnt a doctor and didnt know how to take proper shots. He wrote a prescription for a cream to help with the scarring. Leaving, I thanked the receptionist and explained that I would never return because Dr. Brezel is disgustingly rude, brash and unprofessional. She apologized for him but I told her it was on him. I get that doctors get backed up and he is the only one but he should take that into account when scheduling. Also, he should at least offer an apology for the wait. His demeanor in talking to me was very inappropriate and uncalled for because I didnt have an attitude or tone when speaking to him. I told my primary care that they should reconsider referring him to patients because his isnt an office they want to associate with.

Horrible! Dont take a chance to see this doc. I am easygoing person.. I had even waited for my appointment 1.5hour patiently. When he finally saw me he only prescribed sth and didnt explained anything about my problem he said he can email or print out the info so I can read at home... is that a joke? You can do this without seeing the doc. When I asked to take a look at my little doughterS face he refused because he said he is so backed up with patients... but I was one too I paid for am appointment and he didnt have time either for me nor for my daugter -poor little thing was sitting with me there for 1.5 hour for nothing... The worst experience I have ever had! Think twice before you go.....

Horrible. They charged me $135 for a skin biopsy that I was told the insurance would cover. Thats not the problem, but whenever I called for my skin biopsy results, the doctor was never available to speak with me to discuss if surgery was possible for my situation. If they couldnt call me back or answer my phone call, how can I trust them with skin surgery??Three years later and I still havent heard from this place about my results. Took my problem elsewhere after 2 months.

Dr. Brezel has HORRIBLE bedside manners... will never go back again. I took my daughter last year and he was so rude to us when asking questions. We went there, based on some great recommendations on this site, and the fact that he was close by... our wait was well over an hour and a half. Upon meeting the dr., I really thought I was in the wrong place, with the wrong doctor -that some were so quick to praise in their reviews. Very peculiar man.

Horrible Doctor. Absolute THIEF. he gave me a biopsy and never reported back with results of any sort. Now, I owe a balance to a collection agency for a payment I didnt even know I had!!! Front desk is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I highly advise you to STAY AWAY. Still dont know how he is in business. Disgrace to dermatologists.

Dr. Brezel is one of the nicest Doctors you will meet and his staff are all very professional and pleasant - I have had several procedures done by Dr. Brezel and have always been happy with the results. I dont trust any other Dermatologist except Dr. Brezel...

went to several different doctors before dr brezel was able to help me and get my issues resolved. ive now been using the office for 5 years and have absolutely nothing to complain about. GREAT bed side manor also, they dont make doctors like this anymore
