Some staff in this store are very helpful and well organised but others are not. I went here for glasses and prescription sunglasses. They said it would take 10 days. After 10 days only the glasses were ready. There was considerable confusion about when the sunglasses would be finished and month later theyre still not ready. It appears that the delay was not the stores fault but this isnt clear because Ive no received a clear explanation. No effort was made to contact me to explain what was going on: I had to keep calling them. At three weeks I spoke to a manager who offered me a free second pair whilst they worked out what was going on with the first pair. This is a reasonable reaction on their part. Two stars off for poor communication. Edit: I should mention, however, that my experience is purely my own. Shortly after posting this review, another person called "A Google User" has pointed out that theyve had wonderful experiences here. So each to his own, I suppose.

I said hello to an employee named Claude. Claude was not very nice or happy this night. I asked Claude for the price on a lens script, and he was not very helpful. We sat down and he was just rude. I asked him if they accept my health insurance and he said "NO, we dont take that". Just then a nice young lady switched seats with Claude so he could assist another customer. I asked her if they accept my insurance and she said "Yes, we do, you get 50% off". I told her Claude just told me you dont take my insurance, and she looked as if she was used to his nastiness. Then Claude came back and I said hey you guys DO take my insurance, and he looked at the girl and then reluctantly apologized to me. He was careful not to be rude for the remainder of the transaction. I called the general manager the next day and he offered me a free cleaning kit. So I give them 2 stars. Watch out for Claude.

This Lenscrafters is an abomination. They bombarded me with robo calls all weekend to confirm my 1130 AM Monday appointment. I arrived at 11:25. After waiting an hour, they gave no recognition that anything was amiss. Then, they repeatedly said it was going to be just a couple of minutes and that I was "next." Meanwhile, numerous other people were called ahead of me. After 80 minutes of wating, I walked over to Cohen Optical on the other side of the mall where my time was respected. Warning! do not go to this Lenscrafters unless you are retired and want to sit around all day and be abused!

I dont understand all the negative reviews! This place was welcoming and courteous and made my experience well worth it. This was my first time getting glasses, and Auriel went above and beyond making me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend this location to anyone who is going through getting Glasses for the first time, and will be returning in the future for more fashion frames. Thanks Auriel!

This store has been friendly, helpful & service oriented. I want to highlight an optician named GREG who is very professional and a real problem solver for identifying durable frames. He is the best among a group of very competent employees. Any issues I have had with my purchases have been resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue to purchase my eye wear there and recommend them to friends.

Ive always been treated great here. My eye and contact exams always a breeze, they help picking frames according to what my insurance pays for and its never a long wait. Good selection of frames and everyone is super friendly. I have been a customer at this location for years and I havent had the issues that others have had.

This store has the worst customer service ever. They charged me for contacts and never delivered on them. When I disputed the charge on American Express they lied to them too. A very unethical operation. Lies on top of lies and then never deliver thats what you will get if you use them. Good Luck.

Excellent customer service at this Lenscrafters. Was being serviced at another location out on Long Island, but this one is leaps and bounds better. Cant thank Cloyde enough for his time spent with an otherwise picky and relentless customer haha.
