Do not go here. Disputed a bill with the front office and met a slurry of rudeness, got hung up on, was told blatantly I didnt know what I was doing and that I was not insured, when I am. I was told the office manager was not available every time I called, and in return, I got a ghetto attitude. You know, that um yeah, so we donno whatchu tallin bout. you don have insurance, you wernt covered, so you get stuck wit da bill. Trying to get anything resolved was a huge problem. So after being "threatened" by the office staff to call "corporate" on me, a joke in itself, I called corporate myself by finding the number online. So corporate was very nice and resolved my issue quickly. The reason why I was billed personally was because the billing staff at this location billed my insurance six months after my appointment. Go figure. I dont know about other locations with this chain, but avoid this location at all costs. Their frames are also overpriced and the fitting staff was not helpful at all. Surprising because one would think that office staff being so in touch with pop culture could be able to help choose stylish frames. Not the case. Srsly, do not go here. Wasted alot of time on their INability to be a nice customer-friendly environment that bills on time.

Such disappointing experience! I went there 3/15/17 with my prescription , ask for a pair of glasses for computer and reading only, i was told " not a problem, will be ready in 10 days", a month later, the glasses finally ready, tried it on, could not see a thing on the computer, they told me was made for distance by mistake, has to send back, another a couple of weeks later, the glasses came in, still could not see a thing, they insisted on made changes on the glasses, I said that i still cant read or see things on computer, she said: i dont know what to tell you, you may have to see your eye doctor, after I bring the glasses to my doctor, they found out its not even match my prescription! after 7 times to their office ,and many phone calls, eventually i asked to cancel the order and get a refund, I was told have to ask manager, called many times, manager is always busy , left 3 messages, never called back, I left work early on may 11th to catch the manager before she leave, then she told me cant refund to my cc, has to mail me a check, until today, I havent receive the refund, two and half month later, I have no glasses, and still waiting for my $419.00 refund.....

Rude staff. I made an appointment for an eye exam and they didnt have my information when i showed up to the appt. Theres 3 women sitting behind the counter on their cell phones acting as if I should not even ask them for anything.....but they work there! Never go there.
