They dont deserve any star but I have to give 1star or else I cant even post it here. Dont ever go there!! They are so unfair. First of all I called them for appointment and I asked them if I have to bring anything else with my insurance card. They said no you just have to bring your insurance card. When I walked in to their chamber they made me fill up some from which is ok. But then asked me for my picture id. So I showed to them and they said they cant accept my id cause they think its not me in the id picture. Then I gave them my green card and social they even refused to see them while my friend was with me and he could see the doctor without any ID card. So I had no option but to gave them a review which I know can help some of you.

These people diserve no stars. My appt was at 11:30am I came in at 11:25am, was seen finally at 1:20pm. Sae Dr.Brouthon Derouchtom, who was no help by the way she prescriped medication for me to get better not cured all the way. Then i did was calling the office it took me 1 hour to get through to somebody before that people where answering and hanging up. And the secretary that finally answerd when i gave her the complaint about the long wait on the phone she LIED and said we open at 12pm, I checked right now they open at 10am everyday. These people are the worst, even if your insurance dosent cover it find another office that has nothing to do with these people your skin is worth it.

If thete was a negative 1, I would give it. The receptionist says a greeting so loud that you cant understand. And after the greeting, there is a huge silence. I hear background noises and I kept on saying, "Hello"... no one responses. And, without further repeating the greeting or anything, she hangs up. And, this is not the first time. I heard giggling in the background.
