The medical staff is GREAT, however the medical billers are terrible. If you have a high deductible insurance, or self pay, keep records of everything. You will get double billed, they will lose payments from your HRA and ask you to contact them to reissue the payment, they will sent payments back to your HRA saying you dont owe them that money anymore, then bill you again for it the next month. I cant stress enough, keep good records. I stopped physical therapy 7 months ago, and Im STILL dealing with them.

Recently took my son to the Albany office for a first time appt. The reception staff of two were not friendly or informative or welcoming. The therapist we were assigned talked with my son for maybe two minutes and then set him on equipment and walked away. He did not stay to make sure he was using it properly. He had no consideration for the pain he was in. He did not explain follow up visits where to schedule or anything like it. We were extremely disappointed in the whole experience!

I love my OT hand therapist but the office and billing staff are rude and god awful. There is a reason there are no less than 5 signs about payments/billing/fees, it is literally all they care about. My very first day I should have gotten OT and PT, they refused to let me do PT because no-fault MIGHT not be able to pay them 100% of what they want due to two services being performed in the same day. We are reporting their billing practices.

The medical staff is fantastic. I was reluctant to try PT at first but a couple of visits with Nate and Kelly changed my mind. I have been dealing with knee pain for over a year and they showed me a couple of fantastic exercises and stretches that have alleviated the pain. The key is to keep it up at home!! I highly recommend Nate and Kelly.
