I visited the office in September when I had Medicaid insurance, and I had just purchased new glasses from Target prior to my visit. I was informed my Dr. Bart that my vision did not change, so I was told I did not need to order new glasses, and that I can come in whenever to get them, as a backup pair. Well I had gotten sick and was in the hospital for about 2 weeks, and have been following up with doctors and being a single mother with no help at the same time. I called the office and left a message for the office manager to call me back because my glasses broke and I now can not see without them. Upone speaking to someone in the office today who was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I was informed that I now have to go through my new insurance company if I want new glasses, when that is not what I was told. I was told that I can come back whenever and get them. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN... Which is such a shame because Dr. Bart is a great doctor and I was comfortable with him, until his staff was so rude and I was lied to. Shame on you...

I have been a patient at Ultra Vision since I was a child and saw Dr. Arnold Bart for many years before his passing. I continue to be a faithful Ultra Vision patient who trusts Dr. Jason Bart with not only my own eye health, but those of my children too. He is up to date on eye conditions and gives very thorough exams and explains everything he is doing. And all the staff are friendly, knowlegeable and very helpful to make our visit a good one. I would definitely recommend Ultra Vision.

Dr. Bart and his wonderful staff were great. I had a very thorough eye exam, got new glasses and contacts. Dr. Bart took his time during the exam and patiently explained everything in the pictures from the eye mapping camera. After trying several of the "chain" optical centers where service is sometimes indifferent, I am happy to now have a local eye doctor where I can be sure of excellent and friendly service for years to come.

Rude employees and a Dr who only cares about making money. My glasses broke and they didnt care unless I was willing to come in and get a full exam. I work in the industry and I was shocked by their actions. There are so many good providers out there who actually care, this is not one of them.

I like the comfortable feeling I got when I walked in. Dr. Bart is very experienced and professional! The eye examination was thorough but yet quick. I was able to pick out my glasses that day and then pick them up in less then a week. All and All It was a pleasant experience!

Honestly, I love this place. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite, and Dr. Bart was just as great. The price of my contacts was also much lower than I expected and they sent me home with a goodie bag full of free stuff. Ill definitely be back again!
