I usually do not review any businesses, but it was a particularly rude and disappointing experience. I have prescription eyeglasses and wanted to see if I could use the existing lenses in a new frame. I understand that folks at Brookfield Vision Care, LLC want to sell everything by themselves, but the woman at the counter (right next to the door, wearing triangular eyeglasses) replied something on the lines of- You can never take lenses from one frame and put them in another unless you take it all apart. Wow! Really? Either she took me for an idiot or was clearly uninformed. Her mannerism and tone was condescending as well. Guess what? Costco took less than 5 minutes to test those lenses in other frames and so did LensCrafters. The woman at Brookfield Vision Care, LLC is a new level of ineptitude that I have seen in CT. Very disappointing and emblematic of why others are kicking the American ass when it comes to business and work. No work ethic. No manners. Instead of assisting customer according to their needs, woman at Brookfield Vision Care, LLC seems to follow the motto of greed and in the process, lose customer for good.

Brookfield vision care llc is an excellent place for all your eye care needs. But before eye write about the awesome service Brookfield vision care llc provided to us.... Eyed like to smash the 1 star review below,, which was definitely written by an internally disturbed troll, trying to manipulate their sales system? Tisk tisk and then referring to Costco as better, lol yeah ok what a fruit cake ...sighhhh...Anyways back to the good stuff, eye had a more than an exceptional experience with Dr. Chen, she spotted an ulcer in my wifes eye! When other docs at other places did not, Very sharp Dr. Chen! Thank-you! my wife and eye are extremely thankful and greatful ! We will continue going to Brookfield vision care llc, because they do care and theyre sharp as a tack, I feel they are the best eyeball team in town thanks Dr. Chen! And Dr. Schraam, see u soon :)

I recently visited Brookfield Vision Care for a check-up and left very satisfied with the level of care and attention I received and I ordered a pair of beautiful frames I cant wait to wear! Dr. Schramm is terrific. She is knowledgeable, professional and cares. I felt very comfortable putting my eyes in her hands. She took great care examining my eyes and took her time to explain all she was doing during the exam. The staff is awesome! They were friendly, professional and organized and worked to get me through the appointment with out delay. I highly recommend Brookfield Vision Care! Thanks for everything, Dr. Schramm!

I don’t normally post but there’s been a pattern of behavior by this office that has made it clear that others should be warned. The eye exam was great. Love Dr. Schramm. But everything since then has been a hassle. They billed $500 to pluck a stray eyelash! I’ve worn glasses for 30 years and this is the first time I got a 1-year prescription for glasses, which I assume is just so they can get an extra office visit. There is no reason that an adult with stable vision shouldn’t be able to keep her glasses prescription for the traditional 2-year period. This business is about maximizing profit, not customer service.

I really think this is a great place for eye care. I am so thrilled we found it. My son who is 5 goes there and now I do as well. They are so great with him and their new office space is so comfortable. I had no issues with any of my requests when there. I even asked if I could use my existing frames and they had no problem with my doing so (saving money when possible). They also explain all the various pricing for the extras that you may need and they are thorough with regards to insurance. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family in the area.
