Absolutely superb level of service and care. I have been to many veterinarians in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn and they all made me loathe veterinary professionals. All of them crooks, charging ridiculous prices and taking advantage of every situation to make sure they can make a few extra dollars using unnecessary procedures. I once took my pet (Mochi) to have a small cut on his paw looked at and the vet refused looking at him or touching him unless I paid over $600 to have him anesthetized and X-rayed (completely unnecessary as he just had a small scrape and was behaving very calmly). I still remember the look of disgust I gave him for how opportunistic he was. I have similar stories for all the other vets I have visited, all people, with psychopathic tendencies, who could care less about animals and just want to take advantage of peoples love for their pets. This is ultimately why I was so amazed with Dr.Hannahs level of service, care and professionalism. He made me feel like he truly cared about my pet at all stages and never let me do any procedures that he did not deem necessary. Not only does he care about his pet patients, but one feels that he deeply cares about the relationships he builds with his clients. His pricing is the most reasonable I have come across or even heard of. In addition, he is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Im very grateful that I found him and I would not go to any one else.

I had to take in my cat for gingivitis and also a spot on his chest that rapidly grew into a huge sore. Chris, the tech, was so gentle with my cat. He and Dr. Hanna drew blood and ran a complete profile; the doctor called me the next day personally. My cat ended up having surgery, and also his teeth cleaned; everything went smoothly with appropriate after-care instructions. My cat decided to take matters into his own hands and took off his cone-of-shame and ripped out all of his stitches. We took him to the ER and had to have extensive stitches put in. They sent him home with pain meds. A few days later, Dr. Hanna called with the biopsy results, and when I told him about the secondary visit to the ER, he became scared because he wasnt aware of the pain medication my cat was taking. He spoke on the phone at length with me so we could go over everything, going so far as to apologize for my cats bratty behavior. Hes fantastic, hands down. Also, his receptionists are very nice and are knowledgeable about their jobs. I wish I could give ten stars.

We have taken two dogs to Dr. Hanna. Both were rescues, and had complicated health issues. One in particular had been incorrectly diagnosed by other vets, and was on a rapid decline with digestive health issues. She was ultimately diagnosed properly and quickly by Dr. Hanna. He took the time to investigate her symptoms and did a thorough physical exam. He was quite caring and very kind. The other dog needed to be spayed and needed a very skilled vet as she had severe scarring. She had been repeatedly bred before being dumped in the NYACC system/death row when she was no longer useful to the breeders. He did an excellent job on her spay surgery, despite the scarring from most likely a botched attempt by the breeder to do a C-section. He has given the most dedicated care we have seen in a vet, and we will continue to take our companion animals to him for their care.

This place is absolutely disgusting and a disgrace to all those who love and care for their pets. My friend took her dog Sasha to get neutered, picked her up at 5pm and by midnight Sasha was dead. After a common procedure how is this even possible?! The next day we go to the clinic and the vet has no answers or explanation as to what happened. Says "MAYBE she had previous complications" maybe? This man is a veterinarian for years, arent you supposed to know if she was in conditions to undergo the procedure? When asked this, he had no answer. Im absolutely appalled by this clinic and the insensitivity theyve shown after murdering my friends dog. If you love and value your pets, for nothing in this world visit this horror of a veterinary clinic.

I dont know who king Sosa is as the name I posted under but ZERO STARS I would even subtract stars if I could.. This office needs to be shut down for malpractice... You dont "maybe" a situation you failed to use your "expertice" which led to the death of a 2 year old dog 7 HOURS LATER. How are you a "trained schooled qualified" veterinarian that uses the term "maybe a complication or something." Maybe? Or something? Then take a threatening tone with the distraught female owner? This "vet" should no longer be in business and that is simply putting it. This will not end until you are held accountable for your lack of action as a veterinarian. Im proud of myself for refraining from really speaking how I feel.

I will never go to this Veterinarian again my dog passed away after dental surgery he was a 10 year old Shih Tzu a great dog, so sweet, kind to anyone who ever met him. This place failed my dog, I am so sorry I ever walked through the door of Animal Empire Veterinary Clinic. The dog was sent home not yet awake because they were closing .

I will never forget how Dr. Hannah took care of my Mandy girl towards her final months. We left a vet after 12 years because they kept misdiagnosing Mandy. Dr. Hannah got straight to the point and was always available to see us. The best service you can find.
