This is the worst experience I ever had. As a doctor, it is so essential to me that I do not impose my judgments on others and provide as much information about the treatments I offer to my patients. I was absolutely appalled when Dr. Johnson, who had the audacity to treat me in such a condescending way, when he challenged me about vaccinations. I appreciate when people share their knowledge, but not when questions are directed as an insult. Also, I was not given an opportunity to obtain more information about the medications, which were offered to my dog. His response was, "We are done with the questions". When I reviewed the side effects of one of the medications, which was prescribed for itching, with my medical background, I know it is a very dangerous medication. Luckily I could make the right decision not give it to him. It is not the same for people who have no medical background. Be very, very careful!!!! This was my first and last time I took my dog to this veterinarian.

The Doc is thee best in any state I have lived in, from the Midwest to the South. He is very caring, direct, goes beyond what most vets would do to help your pet. I have a small bunnie named Coco Puffs, he has been in and out of the Docs care for over a year now due to anything from weight lose, not eating, diarrhea (which can kill a bunnie), to breathing problems, and the Doc has been there 100+% for Coco Puffs and us. He even had us bring Coco in one evening,while he was doing surgeries on other animals, because Coco was deathly sick and no one else even remotely close to us will see bunnies. The staff also at the clinic, are amazing, esp.June, very caring and understanding. We are forever greatful to the Doc., he is still our number one favorite Vet.!

My dog Hercules got hit by a car on Christmas Eve about 2 years ago and no one was open except Dr. Johnsons office, Dr. Johnson stayed with my dog till the Emergency hospital opened up. What doctor would do that, especially on christmas eve. I have a lot of respect for this doctor. Since then I have been taking my animals to see the best vet in all of orange county. He makes you feel like part of the family and I love that about him and not only that but HIS PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO ME AND MY FUR BABIES..... The Vargas family

I recommend him to anyone! He took excellent care of my two baby rats. He listened and addressed all of my concerns. He actually sat down and had a conversation with me! Most vets come in the room for a few minutes, check your pet out, then dissappear as the tech runs the tests or talks to you (if you are lucky) while you wait...forever, it seems. He does absolutely none of that! I actually felt like I was part of the family or seeing a very close friend. He addressed every concern and really helped my little guys. I highly, very highly recommend him!

Mu mother-in-law took her rescue cat (feral) to Dr. Johnson today and he was very mean to and about the cat. She has been ill and we were contemplating putting her down. We wanted his opinion and he proceeded to rant and rave about how mean "Baby" was and then called my mother in law a cry-baby because she was upset. He may be a good vet but dealing with fur babies requires some compassion for their devastated owners....so, shame on you!! I am only giving you 1 star because this site requires it. Otherwise, I would give you a big, fat ZERO!!

PAM M. I have been going to Dr. Johnson for over 25+ years. He has taken care of our numerous cats, dogs, goats, and horses. He diagnoses the situation, gives me the options with guidance as to what is best for the animal, then allows me to make an educated compassionate decision. He has always put what is best for the animal first. Sometimes that means it might not be what the owner would want or like to hear.

Way to expensive. The order test that my dog didnt need. But hey they need the 50 dollars 4 the test. The Dr is not nice he talk with sarcasm. I wont go back to this place.
