I recently brought my cat here for an emergency and the vet was rude to me the moment I walked in the door, they failed to tell me that they DO NOT HAVE OVER NIGHT CARE they just let my cat lay in a cage sick by herself for hours with no one monitoring her. they told me they wanted to keep her another night I refused and told them Im coming to pick up my cat. When they handed her to me she was covered in her own urine, she was dripping wet in it. I was disgusted I WILL NEVER go to these ignorant people again. They are by far the worst place I have ever gotten my pets taken care of. They should replace the vets they have now because my cat is still ill and they did nothing but charge me 300 dollars for only blood work and to leave her in a cage alone. They do not care about the pets that come in to see them they are only MONEY HUNGRY.

Only getting one star bc I couldnt go any lower, Dr. Thompson is a joke and after going there for a year and a half continuously asking why our dog was losing weight and having the diet adjusted bc Thompson is obsessed with celiac disease and thinks every person and animal in the world has it.... we finally took our dog to another animal hospital where they tell us our dog is severely malnourished!! He is now on special high calorie food bc he is so thin and bony! Burrstone really let us down, I think there are many people there that care for animals but Thompson is useless and should be fired!!

I scheduled my cat for boarding in September and received a letter on July 11, 2015 that they were raising there rates from $15 to $30 a day. I called and complained and Donna said there is nothing they can do. They should have taken care of the customers and started charging new rates on any new boarding, not to anyone that is already scheduled. Ive been a customer for many years, and Love Dr. Hilton. I would not recommend Burrstone . Everyone be aware if you do business with them. They seem not to care about the customer.

We have taken our boy there and they are fabulous with him. I think they are very thorough with fair prices. I would totally recommend them. I actually just called today because he was not feeling well and they had me bring him right in.

My dog was taken to Burrstone Animal Hospital for a leg injury, the staff loved him and he was treated very well; they even called me twice after the completion of his treatment just to check up on him.

Very supportive. Burrstone has a great staff who really care. As a breeder of shih-tzus I am pleased with their care of my dogs. They just need to work on being understaffed.

Dr. Martha Demson cared for my ferret, who had adrenal disease. She and the technicians were wonderful with my pet and really helped her (and me) cope with the disease.
