1 week ago during a weekly tick and body check I noticed my babys left ear was really really dirty. After cleaning with a cleaning solution, the next night, It was back, I knew he must of had an infection. I am a NY transplant living in East Stroudsburg and didnt have a vet for my blue nose pitbull Buster Blue. So I went to the internet and did research on local vets. After finding reviews that were less than favorable, I called my Aunt that lives in Tannersville that Saturday morning. She told me about Pleasant Valley Veterinary Hospital, she said its not close to you but, its worth the trip and boy was she right. I called them and told them about Busters ear, I also informed them in advance that Buster in no way shape or form can be around cats (responsible pet owner 101 if you have an animal that is aggressive towards other animals, people or has any issues at all inform them in advance and dont play dumb), they were very responsive. We made an appointment for today. We opted to wait outside woth Buster until we went in the room with him. In there the vet tech and Buster fell in love. He let her clean his ears, and even give him a shot, NO PROBLEM, (even better than when with me) nail trimming was another story. He had a bad experience once and he does not like it. As each paw got done, his anxiety and behavior got worse. She handled it like a pro and still loved on him after, and he her. Now the doc. OMG is he amazing, friendly charasmatic, funny, knowledgeable I mean i cant say good enough things. The nitty gritty that everyone wants to know, he doesnt gouge you on prices. First time office visit, ear cleaning, steroid shot, antibiotics, ear drops, nail trim and the price was SOOOO reasonable, it was SOOOO REASONABLE i even bought the ear cleabing solution from them instead of going to a pet store, I will NEVER trust my pet with any other vets office, EVERYONE there was amazing, to giving bowls of water for him while he was outside, to coming into the room just to meet him. I thank you ALL from the bottom from my heart and Buster Blues big old head. I will be a true advocate for your faculty and Veterinary Hospital. From the first call to make the Appointment to making the payment, youre all amazing

If I could put zero stars I would! I was told one price over the phone, agreed to it, went to get the procedure done and while there waited at least 2 hours while the vet was yelling and cursing on the phone to his parent. They told me I would not have to knock my animal out but then without even meeting my animal, changes their mind and knock him out. Then my bill was raised by $100 that I didnt agree to. So I argued that and they took it off but now I have been trying to pay the rest and they wont take my checks and they give me the wrong address for the money order and keep raising my bill because they screwed up.Never again will I be going here. They are rude on the phone and have horrible communication skills. The wife was so rude and had a horrible attitude when I was there too. Just all around bad experience that is still continuing.

Love,love ,love Dr.Corrado and staff! Cannot say enough about how well our dogs,(and us!)have been treated.His prices are unbeatable,and his caring staff are wonderful.We are transplants from N.J.,and to be honest,dreaded finding a vet out here.So happy we found Dr.Corrado.He is witty,charming and very highly educated and Honest.He knows his stuff.Our dogs love him and the staff.So many times while waiting in the offuce,I hear the same story while chatting with others.Their old vet just treated the symptoms,and kept having them come back,but never found the root cause of what was making their pet ill.Not so do with Doc! He finds the problem and treats it.Very refreshing these days!Cant think of ever going anywhere else.There is a wait,but well worth it.

My mastiff had chronic ear issues - until we visited Dr. Corrado. He always fights topical treatments in his ears, so after a few days he is almost impossible to treat. Sure we have to try to do ear drops and cleanings, but this vet added antibiotics to the solution - after over a year of problems, the smell, the tormented head-shaking - GONE IN ONE DAY! You always wonder what youre going to find in a new office - this one is the real deal! Thanks Dr. Corrado and staff - unexpectedly pleasant, professional and most of all, effective.

Personally I think Dr. Corrado is personable. His wife Gwen on the other hand is not so nice. She has a fake smile on her face at all times. She thinks shes better than everyone. Just makes you feel very uncomfortable sitting in the office. I will never step foot in that place just because of her. I dont know how Dr. Corrado deals with her bc he seems okay himself. That office wont be there to long if she keeps acting that way. Nobody will walk in that place

You can say nasty things about this place but Please judge for yourself, not all people can be made happy. Dr. Chris and Quinn are 2 amazing people and never have they been rude to me or my family. " Yes" I have had to wait to be seen even if I had an appointment , That is because Dr. Chris and Quinn always take extra time with every furry friend. LOVE YA QUINN!!!! Heather Lee

I cant say enough great things about this place. My dog just lost her battle with cancer. Everyone here has been so wonderful during the whole process. Every step from treatment to saying goodbye was handled with professionalism, grace, love, and compassion. The doctor and his staff are amazing. They truly care about the animals that come through their door.

Dr. Corrado is wonderful! Attentive, caring, funny, and he knows his stuff. Our dog actually didnt want to leave him when it was time to go. Very highly recommend.
